My wife is 30years old she have both kidney stones and suffering from low back pain, how can do care?

Kidney stones can be easily removed with the help of ayurvedic diet & lifestyle measures. Send me an ultrasound report of the stone till then, you can do the following home remedies: 1) take a equal mixture of lemon juice & olive oil 4-4 spoons 2) have a mixture of apple vinegar & honey. 3) boil two figs in a cup of water and drink it on an empty stomach early in the morning 4) drink a glass of tomato juice with a pinch of salt and pepper every morning. For backache do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

actually I have been having the pain at that back f my legs since 10 years. Recently the pain in my hamstrings has increased a lot and has caused a lot f weakness in my legs. Mostly the doctors have diagnosed it as fibromyalgia pain and have prescribed me duloxetine 20 mg and and pregabalin 75 mg. One doctor had prescribed me tolpeserone 450 mg. But the relief is not very long lasting and the pain keeps on returning. I wanted to know how long will this treatment last and is there a better muscle relaxant I can take.

do hamstring streching exercises, quads strengthening exercises, before streching do apply hot fermentation for atleast 15 min. - connect with physio for proper assesment and to know other strengthening exercises for lower limb.if possible ask for taping technique

I have some pain type sensation in my both hands while sleeping on pressing on hands. After releasing the pressure it gets normal after 5 mins.

There are other possibilities, but the most likely cause for your symptoms is carpal tunnel syndrome. I would recommend that you see a Physiotherapist, you can ice the wrists, and buy carpal tunnel splints for nighttime.

While playing basketball my left hands bone which is joint with the shoulder gets replaced? What is the actual problem with it?

Hello. The bone of the left arm might have got dislocate and not replaced. Need to make a right diagnosis for right guidance! Get an x-ray of left shoulder joint done, share reports with me. Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

I have back pain since 5 days. As according to the mri report it is :- At L3-4 mild disc bulging is seen with hypertrophied facet joints causing mild indentation of lateral recesses At L4-5 diffuse circumferential bulging and posterior protrusion of disc is seen with hypertrophied facet joints causing mild indentation of thecal sac and lateral recesses. At L5-S1 diffuse circumferential disc bulging is seen with hypertrophied facet joints causing mild indentation of thecal sac and lateral recesses. The lower end of spinal cord and conus medullaris are normal. No intra spinal mass or pri/ para vertebral collection seen. Please suggest what should I do. Thank you.

Dear lybrate-user according to your mri scan, main problem for you is arthritis of facet joints. Mild disc bulges are not causing any pains (which will be leg pains) as your main problem is back pain - options being physiotherapy, facet joint injections as part of pain management. Swimming and pilates excersizes. We can also try radio frequency ablation of the facet joints to relieve symptoms. No surgical indication at present time.

Best exercises for knee pain dear you can do it, except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial squats e pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. Keside-lying leg lifts wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, asusing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower. As you step up, your knee should be directly over your ankle. Repeat with your left foot. Tep-upsnd check that your knees stay behind your toes. Inner-thigh leg lifts wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, slightly back on your butt. Bend your right leg and place it behind your left leg with your right foot flat on the floor and your left leg straight. Support your head with your left arm. Slowly lift your left leg about 3 to 5 inches, then lower. Repeat with your right leg straight-leg raises sit with your back against a wall, left leg straight and right leg bent with your foot flat on the floor. Slowly raise your left leg straight up about 12 inches off the floor. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. More: 4 treats you can make with protein powder calf rais using a chair or wall for balance, stand with your feet about hip-width apart, toes straight ahead. I have allergy problem probably dust energy n whenever I don't wear shoes or slippers my heel gets swelling I have been to various doctors they have given me medication advise which is temporary. Please suggest how to get rid of it as its very painful when there is swelling on heel area.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
