Can anxiety cause throat pain, tingling,muscle spasms and twitches and feeling of swelling when its not there, heaviness on one side of body, difficulty swallowing and gibberish speech sometimes. I thought its a neurological problems but my ct brain is normal and so are my blood reports. Can this be anxiety related disorder. I do have irregular periods.

Hi doctor,
I am proud father of 6 year old daughter. From last 10-15 days we are observing that whenever she goes to pee after waking up in morning, there is bad smell in her urine.
