High uric acid levels can damage joints and give kidney stones. Consult your doctor to get evaluation by checking x- ray of knee joint and some blood test. Good luck!

At this age, pain in the shoulder can only be muscular pain. Try applying heating pad over the painful area twice a day. Also do basic shoulder stretches during the daytime. Avoid sitting in the same position for more than 30 mins.

If your upper back is paining, the cause of your headache could be of cervical origin. Take care of your posture. Drink lots of fluid. Apply ice pack on neck, dont use soft pillow, keep a towel roll underneath neck. Do some shrugs n neck side bending n see if its better.
But if lower back is paining, both should be dealt separately
for detailed treatment.
