Hi . You can take the following medicines. 1. Tab. Vozet 5 mg, 1 tablet in the night for 5 days. 2. Syrup. Grilinctus 10 ml, morning night, for 7 days. If still it is not relieved then we need to evaluate it further. Avoid drinking cold drinks, ice creams.

Hello, There is a possibility of progesterone deficiency and its common in adolescence, so progesterone supplementation cyclically for 10-15 days for next 3-6 months shall help regulate your cycle. So its fine.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, tmj open & closed mouth) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet. Replace posterior teeth if they are missing. Advise mouth opening exercise & side to side movement for the jaw muscles or the use of anti-inflammatory medicines and painkillers. For people who grind their teeth or clench their jaw, a bite-appliance may be made which corrects the way in which the jaw works and reduces the stresses and loads on it. This can be disposed of when normal function is restored. As oral & maxillo-facial surgeon, may be required to perform surgery on the tmj.

you can take Tab. Dolo 500 mg sos. Tests.widal .mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hi, Take tab. Gasex 2-0-2 after food and tab. Avipattikara 1-1-1 for 10 - 15 days. Do not keep the stomach for long hours. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink 2-3 litres of water per day. Walk for 30 mins daily. Take Himcocid Syrup 2 tsf 3 times a day 15 mins before food to relieve belching and vomiting sensation.

There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors.  -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.

Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. By thyroid you are talking about hypothyroidism, which is due to deficiency of thyroxine hormone, hence it has to be replaced on daily basis by taking thyroxine tablets. There is no other treatment. As regards fruits and vegetables there is no restriction on eating any of these or no special is recommended.

Treatment: Take biocombination-1/thrice daily and Bakson's Ferrum plus/ thrice a day.

Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods . Following is a list of weight gain foods. 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Chandanasav 4tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Gandhak rasayan cati 2 tb before lunch and dinner.

Dear lybrate user. A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning and at evening before meal half an hour. B) take 2-2 tablets of sheetprabha vati along with lemon juice. C) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha and 30 ml of aloe vera juice at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. Thanks.

It's not a hard and fast rule. Though postures play a role but at your age sex may not be that much aggressive. Herbs to use are 10 herb roots decoction and strengthening herbs to alleviate backache and weakness. For the time being pl take turmeric and withania somnifera combo with milk.
