After reaching a certain age, a woman? s ovaries stop making eggs and there is less production of hormones like estrogen and progesterone that regulate menstruation and fertility. Hello there, hypertension is broadly divided into primary and secondary types, where the former variety is of more in incidence almost 90-95 %. However you were asked to get those tests done so that secondary hypertension can ruled out. Primary htn is caused by factors such as genetic and lifestyle factors and etc basically its not due to any other disease. Hope this helps. Keep on taking meds and proper diet and other changes would surely help.

Hi Madam/sir I am 21 completed. I having severe gas problem if o sit down in class room my stomach gives too much sounds, my stomach are look like balloon during that particular time I have this issue past 1 year. { I mostly avoid morning breakfast and usually drink too much of tea) give me a suggestion to solve this problem.

Dear lybrate-user, please change your life style. Do daily jogging, avoiding tea, milk and fruit juice for one month, don't ever skip breakfast fast but it should be low fat diet. Small frequent meals are preferred. In addition post dinner walk will give added advantage. If not relieved then contact doctor.

1. Prevents cancer:
Research has shown antioxidant compounds in mango fruit have been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers. These compounds include quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid and methyl gallate, as well as the abundant enzymes.

2. Lowers cholesterol:
The high levels of fiber, pectin, and vitamin c help to lower serum cholesterol levels, specifically low-density lipoprotein (the bad stuff).

3. Clears the skin:
Can be used both internally and externally for the skin. Mangos help clear clogged pores and eliminate pimples.

4. Improves eye health:
One cup of sliced mangoes supplies 25 percent of the needed daily value of vitamin a, which promotes good eyesight and prevents night blindness and dry eyes.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

An improper diet and lifestyle causes aggravation of Vata (Ayurvedic humor representing Air) that travels through the channels of the head causing sleeplessness. Vata is aggravated by increased intake of tea and coffee, especially, before going to bed; long gaps between meals; and intake of cold and dry food, cabbage, lettuce, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, rice, and smoked foods. Suppressed emotions, disturbed sleeping patterns, worries, anger, overwork, overexcitement, and ill health may be other responsible factors. Tips for proper sleep..:: Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning.

Almost all height increasing medicines are useless. mostly height depends upon genetic predisposition and lifestyle including physical activity, fulfillment of dietary requirements, environmental conditions and frequency of illness I.e. general health condition. If you are observing poor attainment of height with respect to your age and other responsible factors, first of all there is need to find out the cause of poor growth, then correction of the underlying cause to attain correct height.

The pain in knee and arm is not related to Alcohol. In any case he should reduce the pegs to one. For pain he needs to do yoga asans like Bhujang asan, Makarasan, in which the neck is bent backwards. Avoid bending your neck forward as much as you can.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Stop all kinds of experiments and concentrate of eating right kind of food. If it's not hereditary then hair fall is not a big issue. Do muscle building exercise that will help you to increase weight. Take dense fruits, vegetables, unrefined foods more. Eat fish, egg, meat, mushroom, soy milk, whole cream milk, tofu, mushroom, add extra healthy fat in cooking. Take cake, pastries, ghee, cream, butter, cheese with food. Eat nuts and seeds. No water just before and during meals. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Take proper rest and stress free life.
