I was suffering from cold and cough on that time my ear had become numb (senseless) because of this I can't hear it properly and now my cold and cough has cured but my ear is still numb. So please suggest me a way to make my sensible from which I can hear properly.

Please consult an ENT specialist. You should make sure that the loss of hearing is not due to some other reason.

I am stuffed with sinus problem last three years and take advise to several doctors and take more type of medicine but no one work. Why can we do. Please help.

DORL, MBBS
ENT Specialist, Faridabad
If a person suffering from nasal obstruction along with sinusitis and mild to moderate nasal allergies it means most probably he is suffering from dns (deviated nasal septum. Nasal obstruction is because of the deviated portion of the nasal septum (this is the bony partition of the nose cavity. Allergies are because of the hampered muco-ciliary mechanism (normally mucus is produced in the nose to moisten our nose cavity, oral cavity, and help food bolus to move downward, this mucus is basically moves on the cilia of the nasal mucosa) this mechanism gets hampered and mucus start accumulating in the nose and sinus cavity which is why thick mucus comes from nose in patients of nose obstruction and person develops sinusitis. When a surgeon removes the nasal septum deviation has not been removed properly the symptoms persists, and patient thinks that the nose bone has again regrown. It is not because of regrowth but because of half surgery done or due to the non removal of the deviation (reason can be many) nowadays nasal septal deviation can be removed endoscopically. Everything is explained in this, I hope this will benefit you.

MD, MBBS

Yes it will be positive. One it becomes positive, it remains positive lifelong. Those having Mounteux negative are at more risk of developing miliary tuberculosis or tubercular meningitis. You are at more risk of developing miliary tuberculosis or tubercular meningitis, if you don't have Monteux positive.

I have fever and cough it is too worry matter for this and too much tension so just help me so soon plz.
Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.
