Dear lybrateuser, - Take certain precautions to reduce pain in your knees - avoid climbing & coming down stairs, jogging on hard surface - learn exercises to strengthen the muscles & ligaments of the knees & do them regularly - wear proper shoes to reduce the impact on the knees - have a well balanced diet including fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods, milk & milk products for calcium & other minerals, healthy fats - apply pain relief gel three times a day - take pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - do x- ray knees to rule out bony or any other problem, consult a doctor.

1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. Best of luck!

कौन घने, लंबे, चमकदार और मोटे बाल नहीं चाहता? और क्यों नहीं, हमारे सौंदर्यशास्त्र के लिए बाल महत्वपूर्ण हैं। आपके बाल आपके स्टाइल में एक निर्णायक भूमिका निभाते हैं। यही कारण है कि लोग इतना समय, प्रयास और पैसा खर्च करते हैं उपयुक्त हेयरस्टाइल के लिए। दूसरी ओर, पहले बालों के झड़ने को बुढ़ापे की निशानी के रूप में देखा जाता था। लेकिन आज कल की व्यस्त जीवन शैली और काम से संबंधित तनाव को देखते हुए, बाल गिरावट वयस्कों के साथ ही युवाओं में एक आम समस्या बन गई है। 
बालों का झड़ना कई कारणों से उत्पन्न हो सकते हैं जैसे कि पोषक तत्वों की कमी, हार्मोनल असंतुलन, तनाव, अनुचित केशविन्यास, हीटिंग उपकरण, रसायन से लैस बाल उत्पादों, आनुवंशिकी आदि। लेकिन सबसे खराब बात तो यह है कि, हम सभी को बहुत से हानिकारक परिणामों के बारे में पता होने के बावजूद, बालों के झड़ने के त्वरित परिणाम के लिए, तत्काल रासायनिक उपाय की तलाश करने की आदत है। हालांकि बालों के झड़ने के लिए कुछ अद्भुत घरेलू उपचार उपलब्ध हैं।
 

बाल विकास के लिए उपाय
यदि आप हाल ही में देखे बालों के झड़ने के बारे में चिंतित हैं, या बस अपने बाल मजबूत और लम्बे करना चाहते हैं, यहां कुछ घरेलू उपाय हैं जो आपके बालों को पोषण देने और नए विकास को बढ़ावा देने में मदद कर सकते हैं।
1. अंडा मास्क: अंडे में प्रोटीन का उच्च स्तर होता है जो नए बालों के गठन में मदद करता है। यह सल्फर, जस्ता, लोहा, सेलेनियम, फास्फोरस और आयोडीन में भी समृद्ध है, जो सभी बाल स्वास्थ्य के लिए अच्छे हैं। एक कटोरे में अंडे का सफेद हिस्सा ले लें और इसेमें जैतून का तेल और शहद जोड़ें, चिकनी पेस्ट बनाने के लिए इसे अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं। इसे अपने बालों और खोपड़ी पर लागू कर, 20 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें। फिर एक शैम्पू के साथ अपने बालों को धो लें।
2. गुलमेहंदी का तेल: गुलमेहंदी का तेल कोशिका विभाजन बढ़ाता है और रक्त परिसंचरण को गति देता है। यह जड़ों को भी मजबूत करता है, रूसी को समाप्त करता है, और बाल विकास को बढ़ावा देता है। इसके अलावा, यह आपके बालों को गहरा करने में मदद कर सकता है। एक कटोरे में गुलमेहंदी का तेल और नारियल का तेल मिलाएं और अपने सिर और बालों पर मिश्रण लागू करें। इसे रात भर रखें और अगली सुबह धोएं।
3. अरंडी का तेल: अरंडी का तेल बाल विकास में मदद करता है क्योंकि यह ओमेगा -9 फैटी एसिड और विटामिन ई में समृद्ध है। यह तेल आपके बालों को नमी देता है, घुंघराले होने से रोकता है और खोपड़ी के संक्रमण से भी लड़ता है। आप इस तेल को अपने सिर और बाल में 10 मिनट के लिए मालिश कर सकते हैं और फिर इसे 1 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें। फिर इसे शैम्पू के साथ धो लें।
4. नींबू: नींबू विटामिन सी और विटामिन बी 1, बी 2, बी 3, बी 5, बी 6, बी 12, फोलिक एसिड, एंटीऑक्सिडेंट्स और कई अन्य पोषक तत्वों का एक समृद्ध स्रोत है। बाल विकास के अलावा, नींबू का रस चिकनी, चमकदार, रूसी-मुक्त बाल को बढ़ावा देता है। 
एक भाग नींबू का रस और दो हिस्से नारियल या जैतून के तेल के मिलाएं और अपने बालों और खोपड़ी पर मिश्रण लागू कर, 30 से 45 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें। फिर इसे एक शैम्पू के साथ धो लें। 
5. मेथी: मेथी प्रोटीन का एक समृद्ध स्रोत है जो बालों के विकास के लिए वास्तव में फायदेमंद है। इसके अलावा, इसमें लेसितिण शामिल है जो आपके बालों को मजबूत करता है और नमी प्रदान करता है। यह आपके बालों के प्राकृतिक रंग की रक्षा भी करता है। 
एक पूरी रात के लिए एक कप मेथी के बीज पानी में भिगोएँ। उन्हें एक पेस्ट में पीस लें और इसमें थोड़ा नारियल तेल डालें और आधे घंटे के लिए अपने बालों और खोपड़ी पर लागू करें। फिर इसे शैम्पू के साथ धो लें। 
6. आंवला: यह आयुर्वेद में, बालों से संबंधित समस्याओं के लिए एक लोकप्रिय उपाय है। सीधे बाल पर आंवला के नियमित रूप से आवेदन बाल कूप को मजबूत करने में मदद करता है, बाल विकास को उत्तेजित करता है और बाल टूटना और विभाजित सिरा होने से रोकता है। आंवला का रस और नींबू का रस बराबर मात्रा में मिलाएं। अपने सिर पर लगा के, इस मिश्रण को कुछ समय के लिए सूखने दें। फिर गर्म पानी के साथ अपने बालों को अच्छी तरह धो लें।

Sandeep, the feeling of feeling low is very common now a days in youth. There could be many reasons. Bad parenting, lack of exercise, no friends, no outing, monotonicity in the schedule, less proteins in diet etc. First of all, I would suggest to start getting up early and doing some vigorous exercises. They can bring a substantial change in your behavior. Researches suggest that doing exercises can make the mood happy because it produces happy hormones called endorphins. Hello. We can minimize the pain, irregularity during menses with diet and homoeopathic medicines (which are safe to take).. Kindly share the reports of the investigations you have gone through with me. Diet to be followed: - Calcium is a mineral associated with building healthy bones and teeth. However, it may have some applications in minimizing the harmful effects of menstrual cramping. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Your body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. High-salt content foods -- french fries, pizza and other fried foods --- can also contribute to bloating. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea and coffee should be avoided as they can contribute to headaches, mood swings and trouble sleeping. - If you're craving chocolate, make sure it's over 70 per cent cocoa. Drinking two to three litres of water during your period is essential. - Tea is an easy way to replace your caffeine craving. Green tea to soothe cramps. now, even though green tea contains caffeine, try decaffeinated green tea instead — but be aware, you may lose some health benefits with a decaf version. Caffeine is another no-no. Drinking lots of coffee or pop during your period can increase higher levels of tension and anxiety. - Avoid anything that can damage your liver should be off the list. So, avoid alcohol. - Red meat, Smart says, is also know to cause stomach upsets and cramps. Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - every 2 hrly. during the time of menses. Medication: And take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - thrice daily for 1 month and Pulsatilla 200/ one dose daily for 1 week. Revert me back with the status of your ailment. Revert me back.

1. Go for regular exercise and play some games 2. Find time for relaxation like watching tv/listening music etc. 3. Develop some new hobby like painting/reading/writing 4. Do yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotions and relieve stress 5. Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take 6. Sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 7. Socialise with friends/relatives/family members 8. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy veg tables, fruits and drnk plenty of water 8. Avoid severe physical and mental exertion.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Before whitening your teeth, scaling and polishing is done and the dentist assesses your teeth for any dentinal sensitivity and accordingly precautionary measures are taken for it while undergoing bleaching. Also, the bleaching kit that is used by the dentist has the correct amount of concentration of the composition used. So its better not to go in for any household therapy.

Hello,Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. **Take Berberis Aquafolium Q, 10 drops with water twice daily for acne problem.** Revert me after 1 month.
