Fallow some treatment like hot water framantation then use any ortho oil and do some streanthening exersices like hip breging. Use heard bed and no forwedbending.

How can I solve my back pain problem?
Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

From 2-3 days I n feeling pain in chest and I have already consults a physician they told that it is muscular pain. My heartbeat varies from 70-90bpm. Is this normal. Or what? Is there is any cardiac issue?

Pain in chest with cardiac origin is more severe aggravate with exertion and associated with sweat and anxiety. 70 -80 heart beat is normal but if you have family history of heart disease and you doubt some heart disease in you, you should do a through checkup of your heart.

I am 18 years old and I have been working out for a while. But suddenly one day a severe pain in my centre of the chest. Also it is same with my back at the exactly opposite side of the pain. If your chest x-ray is normal then its muscular problem of spine avoid firstly toward bending and computer work, long sitting, hot and cold pack for 20 minutes and apply pain relief ointment.

My mom is having knee pain, she say that joints are cached, while walking it hearts.
From you mom's condition it feels like she has developed Knee Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can occur at any time of life but the incidence increases with age. It usually affects people over 40 years of age. There is no cure for osteoarthritis but the progression of the disease can be slowed and pain and disability reduced. Treatment options include: Healthy body weight: Maintaining a healthy body weight will reduce stress on the arthritic joints. Nutritional supplements Supplements such as glucosamine have been reported to relieve the pain of osteoarthritis and halt, or even reverse. So please try to take this supplement once a day. Exercise Exercise can assist with the maintenance of muscle strength and the mobility of arthritic joints. Activity at a level that does not cause pain is not thought to worsen osteoarthritis. Non weight-bearing exercises such as swimming or aqua jogging in a heated pool may be beneficial. Range-of-motion and stretching exercises will help maintain the maximum possible movement in the joint. Stretching will help maintain or restore flexibility to the joint’s muscles and tendons. You can apply cold or heat several times a day to reduce your knee pain. Just remember to cover the cold pack with a towel and keep your heating pad at a low setting to avoid burning your skin. Whether you use heat or cold, remove it after 20 to 30 minutes. If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities you should avoid until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting Consult a Physiotherapist privately to know the details of these exrcises and other management for OA knee. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains and that too with a kind of radiating pain in legs. If you have localized back pain with no neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home, please concentrate on swd/ift for back region and tens for leg pain - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

We need to examine her and knees skiagram also.Be carefull and prevent bad fall as it can fracture extermities.Use walker for ambulartion till u see us. For knee pain at least start doing Quadriceps exercise and avoid squatting,kneeling,cross leg sitting. Dr Kamal Bachani.

Hello- Yes it is due to masturbation. Masturbation leads to abnormal peristalsis (forward movement) of intestine thus creating gaseous distention which leads to backward pressure on the spine and causing back ache. Reduce masturbation frequency, start ayurvedic aphrodisiacs and clear your bowel by eating fibrous diet.

Hello lybrate user, get your x-ray of the knee joint in standing weight bearing position in anteroposterior and lateral projections. Mostly it is has osteoarthritis of the knee joint wherein the articular cartilage of the joint gets progressively degenerative. Common in old age and indian population who use indian toilets and squat use knee caps regular exercise hot water bag some natural medicines x-ray and her level of discomfort will dictate the management plan. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Hello, - as you have sitting work, take a break aftr every one hr fr 5 min take a walk. - you can also do some exercises in the morning to keep your back bones and muscles relaxed. - keep one back support while working that makes you to sit errect - also apply some medicated oil before bath to relax the muscles and discs. *** next point is about asthma - need to know what medications you are using for that - better to adopt measures of ayurveda to relive this condition - you need panchakarma treatment to get cured soon - visit near by ayu doc or consult in personal.
