For headache take tablet paracetamol and Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

my husband is suffering from internal hemorrhoid, from pass few days the hemorrhoid is swollen.
1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3. Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup duphalac 3 tsf (15 ml) twice daily if there is constipation. 4. Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. If no relief consult a general surgeon for sclero therapy/rubber band ligation/laser or electric coagulation/surgery.

Being a diabetic pt you should take nutritious food like leafy vegetables, cereals, lean meat pk like chicken, fish, eggs etc go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises with few yoga and pranayum like kapal bhatee. Avoid alcohol and junk food you should maintain your body wt as per bmi.

Please avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food totally avoid non veg food for 3 months take cap wokride 40 1 on empty stomach tab yastimadhu 80 by himalaya 1 1 syp sucrafil 1b 10 ml twice a day all for 45 days minimum.

Hello, I have serious anxiety issues, and I'm not able to cope up with it now. It mostly occurs during late night or after dinner. I try to sleep so that it will reduce in time but mostly it doesn't happen .I feel suffocated, heavy breathing, feels like my heart skipped a beat, my heart races! Sometimes even my head spins and eyes get strained. I even went for ecg but nothing came wrong everything was fine. Though I'm anemic. My blood count is 7.6 And I'm actually very weak in health, if I climb stairs I get exhausted in 1 min. I have low bp issues as well. I have actually noticed that when I get low bp I get anxiety more. And I'm only getting 5 hrs sleep. I always get up around 3 am. I'm really worried Please help me with my low bp issue, anxiety, sleeping problem and how should I increase my blood count (even though I am having dexorange but I don't feel it's helping, this anemic problem I had since childhood, when I first checked my blood count it was 14 in 2010, yearly it has reduced to 7.6)

Your hemoglobin (7.6 g%) is very low. Low hemoglobin can cause exhaustion, dizziness, breathlessness on minor exertion, increased heart beats and sweating. In persons who are already anxious, these symptoms get amplified. You need to take oral Iron capsules as well as multivitamins everyday. You should also see a doctor immediately as they may be able to prescribe injections for iron. This will help to relieve your symptoms, although it will take time. Other than that, focus on your nutrition. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You can consult me for further management of anxiety.

Nutritional needs of zinc should be met primarily from foods. If there are symptoms of zinc deficiency, then suppliments can be given. Foods rich in zinc are wheat, oats, pumpkin seeds, eggs, milk, oysters, nuts, meat, and peas.consume them.
