Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Hello, give her homoeo medicine: @ graphitis 30-4 pills, thrice. @ rhus tox 200 -4 pills, thrice a wk. She should tk, plenty of water. Her diet be easily digestible on time. She should avoid, junk food, caffiene, dust, sun tk care.

Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, 3. Alcoholism 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. 1. Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2. Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3. Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1. Do regular exercise for 1 hour daily 2. Avoid stress, anxiety 3. Practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic, pomegranate help) 5. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food, 6. Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8. Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9. Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Masturbation once in a while wiil control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12. Consult sexologist for further advice treatment- keggel exercise (pelvic floor exercise-contract the muscle which you use to stop urinating-squeeze for 3 sec, relax for3 sec, repeat 10-15 times per session and do it 3 times daily.

Feeling more energetic every day is a goal you can fulfill by incorporating changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle. 1. Avoid processed foods. Wholesome foods are a better choice than processed foods because they contain more nutrition and healthy vitamins. Wholesome foods—which are rich in nutrients include raw or cooked fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, lean meats, fresh fish or shellfish, eggs, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, and low-fat cheese. 2. Maintain a balanced diet. Keep in mind the importance of wholesome foods and make sure your diet is well-balanced. A balanced diet will promote optimum nutrition and help you feel more energetic every day. Let wholesome fruits and vegetables make up half your diet. Eat the amount of grains that corresponds to your age, sex, and level of activity. 3. Be careful not to overeat. See twice weekly is ok. Rest is all on your stamina. You can use climax spray. Or medicated condoms use these in diet dark chocolates, oyester, eggs, bannana, spinach, asparagus, garlic, carrots, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, yogurt.

Yes you should go for vit d yest, uric acid level test, because if deficiency of vit d, you will experience pain in every joint and muscle one by one. - if deficiency is there than consult physician as it will take a year to overcome vit d deficiency. - right now you can do knee and ankle exercises. - knee exercise - with your knee straight and back supported, keep towel roll beneath your knee and press it till you count 30 and tha releive .do this atleast 10 times for 2- 3 times day - do ankle pumps for ankle exercises. - precautions: - avoid stress to your joints - wear knee cap to avoid knee twisting while walking - avoid cross sitting - use of indian toilet - avoid prolonged standing.

My period starts usually on the first week or last week of the month and after taking ipill on June 17, (2 days after my. Period end). I got a bleeding after 4-5 after taking ipill and now my period time is over which usually happen on 1st week of every month. Am I pregnant? shall I go. If ipill was taken timely, then it should have prevented any pregnancy. The bleeding after ipill is proof that it has acted successfully. Moreover you took ipill just 2 days after end of last period, which may have been the 5-6th of the cycle, a time when egg formation and ovulation is rare. So all the pointers are giving a clean chit. However, it this period is delayed by ore than 10 days, go for pregnancy test as well since safety from ipill is not 100%.
