Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking recommended a video consultation.

Avoid too oily end ghee preparations, over eating. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamins, minerals, green vegetable salad take fiber food. Do aerobic exercises, yoga. Do not take water during meals if you feel spicy take only some sip of water. After one hour of meals take water 2 glass of water for acidity take 2o ml cold milk add 60 ml cold water take when you fill acidity. Go for walk after dinner 1 to 2 km slowly daily.

Hello, you can take 1. Tablet meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better.

Hi . The concern is you have caught it earlier though ra is common disease. Generally it is kashtsadhya i. E. Doesn't go easily but its not very difficult either provided you follow aahar, bihar, aachar (aacharan and not pickle) as advised. It predisposes because of digestion, assimilation problems (which people tend to ignore) - may be because of'mandagni' i. E. Incapability of body to carry out physiological functions associated with digestion. It causes aam to accumulate in the intestines. Aam is not mango here but a kind of mucous which is very significant in ayurveda. This aam resembles- effect wise- gama globulin which when ingested causes various diseases in body one if which is ra. In allopathy pain killers is the only remedy- in one form or the other- and people feel comfort instantly and this goes on. In ayurveda the root cause is corrected which takes little longer periods but there are no instant pain killers. Ideally panchkarma is advised and if people are not able to spend time for that, the medicines having characteristics of deepan, paachan, shodhan are advised having a kind of miniaturised effects of panchkarma. Vastikarm i. E. Kinds of herbal enema are also very important. Please send your esr, uric acid and ra blood reports along with medical history for specific advice. You may see tips by me on ra. Procrastination is a phenomenon that all people are familiar with. It is the squandering away of time in the pursuit of meaningless fulfillments at the cost of important targets and responsibilities. The more urgent tasks are constantly being put off for a later time.

In some cases, it becomes a chronic problem that can lead to severe difficulties in life. When one keeps delaying the confrontation of essential commitments, it can have a tremendous negative impact on life in the form of failure, stress, and embarrassment.

Whether you are a chronic procrastinator or an occasional one, there is always room for improvement. Following are a few examples of ways in which you can keep procrastination at bay:

1. Make a list - This is the simplest and most effective way to avoid procrastinating. It is helpful if one lists down all the necessary things that need to be done. Having a visual reminder of tasks and goals can increase motivation to accomplish them at the earliest.

2. Set a deadline - Time management is the most important aspect of avoiding procrastination. For every task that you set yourself, chalk out a time frame within which it must be completed so that no time is wasted.

3. Fragment your goals - Consider breaking your tasks into a set of mini-tasks and tackling each of those at a time instead of trying to accomplish the entire thing at one go. The larger the task, the more overwhelming it appears. Mini-tasks are easier to complete and hence this method can help in the prevention of procrastination.

4. Reward yourself - Devising a reward system that lets you celebrate accomplishments can act as a boost to morale and provide motivation for working consistently. Treat yourself after every achievement as a prize for all your efforts.

5. Eliminate all distractions - There will always be distractions all around that keep you from focusing on your goals. These add to the tendency to procrastinate and must be identified, and removed from the environment in which you are required to work.

6. Start right away - As the saying goes, there's no time like the present. Taking immediate action is the only real way to avoid procrastination. Identify your goals and get started on them at the earliest in order to achieve the fruits of your labor.
