2 months ago She was around 98 kg. From 2 months she started gym in her office and controls her diet too. Now she is around 80 kg. But she is unable to reduce fat from her tummy. Kindly let me know the best way to reduce tummy soon with no side effect.

In 2 months you mean she lost 18 kg it is amazing but I hope she is not feeling exhausted and low and hope she has not loss her muscle please get diet from a good dietitian so that she looses on fat and not on muscle and a good trainer for loosing on abdomen fat.

Liposuction should not affect reproductive organs or fertility. Complications r rare. Adv: other modalities for weight reduction.

Dear mam, I am a civil engineer pass out student, I have 94 kg weight but as per my height it's 70-72 kg weight required, So I want to reduce my weight because I have an SSB for Indian Army technical entry. lybrate-user there is no short cut for loosing weight apart from that I thing you have one month for SSB and need to do all physical activities in technical entry too for that you need to increase your stamina so you need well planed diet and workout schedule because for loosing weight lifestyle changes along with balanced diet and sound sleep are very important. You need counselling by dietitian so that specific changes will be incorporated in your schedule. Few tips for the same- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products try to eat home made food as much as possible move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours, manage stress consult me privately for customized diet plan.

Take diet in hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea,coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work. Proper follow up you can feel better and control weight also.

I am trying for weight loss, I am also having problem due to asthama , I am try to run at ground for weight loss . But because of asthama I am not able to do the same , so i request you to kindly help me for the same problem.

As you said you have breathing difficulty while running. So why not do a pulmonary function test to know the severity of asthma and take regular medicines if required. You might have exercise induced asthma. Kindly don't ignore your problems as weight loss will become much easier later. Eat healthy low carbs, high proteins for weight loss.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hi it is a misconception that warm water with lemon will help you lose weight. Water and lemon are good for health but not'weight cutters' get fit. Be more active. Do 30-60 minutes intensive exercise everyday. You are young and you can do it. Eat more fruits. Cut down on oils and sugar from your diet. Reduce fried food and juices. Drink more water. Bit by bit you can be fit.
