Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon .A teaspoonful of honey can be added Have it early in the morning.Mid afternoon ? Coconut water or dry fruits or lemon tea or vegetable soup.

With my weight the best way to reduce weight is: 1. Drink atleast 3 liters water. 2. Walk atleast 1 kilometer daily. 3. Stop eating sweets & rice. 4. When you feel hungry try to eat something lite. 5. When you get up in the morning take a glass of boiled warm water add dalchini powder in that 7 honey mix it well and make it a habit to drink it regularly. This will affect on your tummy as well as on urs fat. This has help to reduce my weight I hope it to helps you.

Dear lybrate-user we can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Eating salmon fish will help in reducing your body weight as it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. • Make it a point to eat two to three servings of salmon in a week as it has very low fat when compared to red meat. • Salmon help in burning fat faster in your body and will also help in boosting metabolism. • But, you should never have fried salmon. Eat roasted, grilled or baked salmon instead.

Even after taking oblilet 120 per day as per advice I am unable to shed weight I have undergone angioplasty in 2012. I am taking ecosprin 150. Tazloc ct 100. Glycomet 500 mg. And Ezedoc10 what to do.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Hello, Eat a minimum of 3-4 cups of fresh vegetables daily. Cut out sugar from your diet completely. This means saying good bye to soft drinks, chocolates, ice-creams, jams, sauces and sugar-laden pastries. Eat whole-wheat bread instead of white read. Cutting out white bread means cutting out everything made from white flour. Be it pizza, pasta, pastries or naan. Make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Snack on whole wheat crackers or bran biscuits instead of biscuits made from refined flour. Eat at least three meals a day. Do not skip a meal. Switch to soya milk instead of whole milk. Drink plenty of water as it eliminates the toxins and keep the system clear. If you are a non-vegetarian, eat a lot of fish. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoon a day. Eat 2-3 fruits a day. Avoid cruciferous vegetable.

Hi, I am 47 years old male. I am facing on off health issues from last 2 years. Facing constipation indigestion problems from last 20 years plus. Whereas having BP from last 8 years was on lose then a year back doctor changed to tezloc. Was weighing 120 kg. Whereas I also taking Herbalife products from last 8-9 months initially I came down to 105kg but now i am on 109 kg at present. Even I am experiencing normal BP without BP tablets if taken i am feeling week and my BP readings shows below 100/60. Is this due Herbalife Product? Whereas now At present am facing frozen shoulder from last 4 months and during fasting month of Ramzan and after am facing a completely newly, facing joint pains everywhere. Hence Blood tested the Uric Acid is 6.7mg/dl, the Calcium is 9.6mg/dl and Creatinine is 0.95mg/dl. Is am facing goud or what please explain.? Remedies please and the side effects?

You can take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day.syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night. These can help cure in constipation.take green veg., salaad in meal. I use to drink milk 3 times a day. I eat 2 chapaties and a bowl of curd in the noon. But I can not skip my food at night because I feed my 2 years old kid. My age is 30 and weight is 75 kg. So please help me that what should I eat at night to overcome my weight and satisfy my hunger. At night I eat 3 chapaties with curd and vegetable. Please don't worry take salads and fruits more before lunch avoid rice, oily food, avoid curd at evening do regular exercise like yoga daily and if possible go for morning or evening walk daily.

Hi, do exercises, walking, cycling regularly. Take tab phytolacca berry (dr wilmar shawbe. German) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth eat oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively. Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food revert back.

Weight control is not a matter of few days, rather it is a pursuit of a life time. First of all, watch what you are eating. 1. Cut down on junk food, deep fried food and too much sweets. 2. Start drinking warm water lemon and honey combination daily empty stomach first thing in morning. It improves metabolism and cleanses the liver and makes it more active. 3. Alternatively, you can soak a tsp of methi seeds in a cup of water at night. In morning, squeeze the seeds out if water, and drink this empty stomach in morning. 4. Start a exercise routine daily. It should involve at least half an hour of aerobic exercise. Go for a brisk walk, a jog, swimming or cycling as per your liking. 5. Include a cup of green tea in your dust schedule. You can have it after lunch at around 4 pm evening 6. Include fiber rich food. Have lots if salads and fruits half an hour before meals. 7. Eat something fiber rich between meal timings. 8. Eat juicy fruits like oranges, pineapples, water melons. Also papaya with black pepper keeps metabolism good and helps in weight loss 9. Take a tsp of triphala powder with warm water every night after food before sleeping. Make this a habit. 10. Sleep at least 7 hrs a day. Lack of sleep also leads to weight gain. 11. Drink warm water only after meals.

As per your height, your weight should be 60 kgs. You are 40 kgs above your ideal body weight. Diet & exercise have 90 % failure rate. Only thing that will work for you is bariatric (weight loss) surgery.

Dear lybrate-user it's a very common question about lemon honey in hot water for losing belly fat. Does it work or not. I am pleased to tell you that it's a myth that this thing works. There are better ways to reduce belly fat than this and easier than this. Lemon and and honey add more sugar and acid to your body. And is supposed to better your digestion and loose belly fat. Rather it can create more acidity to some and instead of decreasing some put on weight due to sugar content of the honey.
