Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p. M. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest)

For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I am giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd. * take ajvayan & jeera 10gm after each meal. This will also help you in gastric problems. Dear it occurs naturally when u gain weight there is formation of new fat cells in body outside and inside. if u do work out that cells decreases in size and if u start calories intake, they will grow again. So u continuously need to work out daily upto three months.Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... For healthy weight loss (2-3 Kg/month), you may follow these tips: 1. Have small frequent meals at regular interval of 3 hrs instead of 3-4 large meals 2. Eat slowly chewing your food well 3. Avoid skipping meals 4. Have regular sound sleep 5. Avoid junk/ processed/fried/sugary/ canned/ ready to eat/ outside foods, soft, hard & energy drinks, chocolate, ice cream, sweets, glucose 6. Replace simple carbs- potato, sugar, sabudana, refined grains (maida, white rice, white bread, cake, biscuits) with complex carbs- whole fruits, vegetables, whole legumes (sprouts, peas, soyabean), whole grains ( atta, millets, oats, brown rice, atta bread, barley, jowar) 7.. Brisk walk daily & practice kapalbhati for 1 hr. 8. Walk instead of hiring transport, do household chores/gardening/ active sports-badminton/tennis, join swimming/zumba dance/aerobic/karate classes, avoid sitting continuously for an hr. 9. Avoid eating while watching TV 10. You may consider getting your thyroid level tested 11. Have 2-3 litres water daily 12. Healthy fast food choices- roasted chana (unsalted), unsalted air popped popcorn, sprouts, whole fruit with peel, salad, soup, stew, dhokla with green chutney, khandvi, idli with sambar, coconut water w/o cream, buttermilk.

Hello,  obaesity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style.         ⁃       can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously.         •       Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body.    * Tk, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation.    Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells, improving haemoglobin level in blood.    * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    * Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     * Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry.         •       Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee,sitting on computer late in d night. # Homoeo medicines which r administered gently ,acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ Phyto berryQ -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal         •       Your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please.
