Sir/mam due to board exams I was over thorough studies and due to this I didn't exercised n played any outdoor games. .due to this I've got belly fat. So please suggest me some dietary and exercises to reduce fat as early as possible. #thank_you.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. You need not worry, study well, eat well and be fit and fine. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise like walking or cycling or jogging or any sport you love for 5 days a week. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you

Dear , Follow this Please add Jou or barley flour in your diet. Roast this flour and mix 1/4th of it in normal wheat flour. Prepare chapatis with it and Eat it daily. Eat more of fiber containing food like green leafy veggies, more of fresh seasonal fruits, drink less water with meals instead take sips of water while eating food and don? T drink before and after. Sit in Vajrasana for 2-5 mins or walk 100 steps after every meal. You can also chew 4-5 leaves of curry patta daily as it will reduce your weight, protects liver and works as antioxidants along with increasing Hb which will overcome you weakness. My aunt consumes very less amount of food but the weight is about 72 kgs n does not reduce inspite of doing workouts. Doctors said that the cortisol level is below normal. What can be done to reduce the weight.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Take small frequent meal containing bland food. Start with full plate of salad before each meal. Eat slowly chew well. Then take one chapatis with out ghee over it No juice or sweets. Brisk walking daily and take wholesome fruit in between meal.

exercise is very good for your fitness and increasing your energy level. But I would be very honest with you that that will not help you loose this kind of weight just by exercising. Diet and chaning life style will go a long and and help you lead a healthy and fit life. I would suggest you to get your metabolic test done to figure out the reason behind weight gain and accordingly make a wholistic plan to come back to your normal weight and then learn to maintain it. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages
