I have debris in my tonsils. Is there any cure for this. They always comes back in some days. I feel some pain in my jaw due to this too.
My monthly cycle date is 29 it was regular but very next week on Wednesday I get periods. It's start like irregular only the stomach back pain but after 3 days its started as regular bleeding but now its going to be 2 weeks now but still having bleeding no pain flow also down as compare to but I am worried why this was not stop at 5 day. I am having thyroid so taking tyronorms 75mgm before periods it was 50mgm but doctor increase the dosage. Should I need to consult thyroid doctor for this. Please help me.

Hi My mother aged 75 years. No sugar no bp. Reasonably healthy. But few days back her back bone compressed while travelling. Dr. Advises 3 week bed rest. And advises wear back support belt. But after 3 days now she is still suffering back pain even after taking prescribed tab like nervigen, ultracet, tolpa d, d360, altraday. My quest is should she use back supporting belt while sleep or in bed. Or is it necessary to use belt till back ache healed. How long it may take my mother to walk with in home? now she can't even sit. Can it be curable in home. Or else should I have to admit to hospital. Please answer immediately.

If you ask people what the ideal sitting posture is, most if not all will reflexively offer some variation of 'sit up straight at 90. Or keep your back straight.' but the ideal sitting posture is a variable one or constanly changing one.
Frequent changes in sitting position: leaning the seat back while keeping feet flat on the floor, sitting back and propping your legs up on the desk, or crossing your legs. The real goal then should be to prevent any given structure or tissue from bearing the load of sitting for too long, that can be accomplished by regularly shifting position. If you are sitting so rigidly upright that it's effortful, you will be in an unnatural position that will increase the pressure on back and fatigue your back structures.
Finally, do not forget to take some relief from sitting altogether. Roughly once per hour, it is helpful to stand up, gently stretch your arms towards the ceiling, and take a deep breath.
