Dear lybrate user! greetings! to reduce the fat around the stomach 1. Do abdominal exercise for 30 daily 2. Eat more fresh vegetables 3. Avoid eating too much of fatty foods like milk products, cheese, paneer 4. Avoid eating too much of fried items 5. Avoid eating too much of deep fried foods. 6. Drink minimum 3 litres of water daily. 7. Keep your mind relax. Thank you have a healthy life through homoeopathy

Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. Sir my git is poor Digestion is also poor. When I eat light rich food then my stomach is irritate and sometimes it will lead to loose motion with pressure. I have also accesive burp and gas problem. You do one thing drink lot of water daily upto 2 litres and start eating the fruits which act as a fibre and also salad it will help to reduce the problem and start one medicine homoeopathic arsenicum 30 liquid dilution 10 drops in half cup of water for 2 times a day for 3 days and you can drink milk there is no any problem one cup in the morning and one cup at night add turmeric to milk ok.

Hello. Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein-take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. @ Baryta carb 30-5 drops, thrice. Avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, avoid excessive salt intake, dry foods, avoid food/water kept in fridge avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, avoid excessive use of shampoo, hair conditioners, daily oil massage, proper diet, keep cows ghee in diet stress free life, milk & milk products, take dry fruits, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, take proper care of hairs during travelling, regular exercise, do yoga ,pranayam daily, some ayurvedic medicines for your complaints.
