Some times I go to depression nd that time I feel I want to cry nd my heart beating gives fast nd I doing lot of hand...
First of all you can not go to depression sometimes, its always there may be the severity increases or decreases or may be you are talking about stress. It is normal to feel like crying when very sad and feel restless. You need to figure out exactly to what extent it affects your life and in what ways. Talk to a psychologist or therapist. Masturbation is completey normal nothing to feel guilty of and its unrelated to your problem.

I am very fat even after dieting what should I do?

3 months Internship of Dietitics/Nutrition, PG diploma in Dietitics/Nutrition, M.Sc - Dietitics / Nutrition
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
I am very fat even after dieting what should I do?
Both things (workout and healthy dieting) have equal importance for reducing weight. 45minutes brisk walk and 20 minutes exercise are very important with dieting. And please don't think about heavy dieting. It's bad for our body. And after some time it increases our weight double and we lose nutrients from our body. Maximum intake of water. Before every meal 2 glasses of water you should take.

Please tell me that how I decrease my tummy fat?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
Please tell me that how I decrease my tummy fat?
Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

If your hair loss is due to hormonal dysfunction, foods rich in vitamins can help set that right. Vitamin A-rich foods such as mangoes, carrots and other yellow-colored foods can be a rich source of this important vitamin. However, too much intake of vitamin A can cause hair loss too, so be careful to not overdo it. Chickpeas are also said to work miracles in reducing hair loss, since they contain zinc and vitamins A and B6. Soybeans also contain valuable minerals that can aid in growing healthy hair.

Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times Drink plenty of water daily

Simply rub extra-virgin olive oil or a combination of equal parts of olive oil and honey on your rash a few times daily until it heals completely. Alternatively, you can add a little turmeric powder to some olive oil and apply it two or three times a day for a few days. Packed with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric soothes rashes and relieves itching. Or you can also apply Clobenate GM cream on the affected area any time you feel any itching or discomfort and especially after having a bath. As a general advice: Try to keep yourself clean and wear clean and fresh clothing (drying them in direct sunlight is beneficial as it kills any bacteria left on them). However, If the problem persists I suggest you to consult your health care provider or a dermatologist.

Super fact of the day - 20th October, 2015
Super fact of the day:

Why women put on more weight on lower body.

Women usually have a hard time losing weight as compared to men. It could be attributed to the fact that men have more lean muscle mass and a higher resting metabolic rate. Women store fat differently - more of it goes to their thighs, buttocks, and hips, where it is harder to shed.

You have to eat well before and after play. Before play you can do some nuts with oats porridge and after play fruit and eggs. If your game is intense then you can do enerzal in water while playing. Rest of the day your diet has to be clean. If you do junk foods and sugars and sweets then it will sap you of all your energy. Eat a lot of whole foods which are not packed or processed.
