Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

Greying of hair increases with nutritional deficiencies. So, make sure to have plenty of milk, milk products, fish, jaggery, spinach, lettuce, wheat, meat. Have calcium and iron supplements. You need to get evaluation for autoimmune diseases. Don't use dyes, bleaches, steam or blowdryers. Avoid spa. You can to start with use brown henna. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys. You need to eat right, include plenty of colourful fruits and vegetables. Avoid chemicals in your hair. Straightening devices can break sulfur bonds in hair. Blow drying vil enhance damage. Have plenty of vitamin supplements. Drink milk and have dairy products. Calcium, copper, iron supplements should b taken. You have to get checked for autoimmune diseases.

You should eat simple foods like vegetables and cow's milk, avoid tobacco products and reduce common tea and coffee which can cause vaso-constriction leading to headache. Anxiety and fear is due to disconnection from god, so re-connect with god by chanting, reading and hearing nice stories in your free time, thus avoid unnecessary thoughts, doubts and negative feelings by replacing negative feelings with higher taste of transcendental meditation.

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. To get relief from stomach pain you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. * Take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion. * Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. * Do massage gently your stomach area with mustard oil.

Hello lybrate user- your pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles caused due to improper food habits. Try these ayurvedic tips- a) do not ever take a pain killer during menses as it will create further complications like pcod, choclate cyst etc. B) use dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily ten days before menses. C) use fal ghrita 1 tsp twice daily before meals. This is safe and very effective, go try it.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Recheck your thyroid levels. If they are low, you will require increased thyroxine supplementation. Having low thyroid hormones makes weight loss more challenging than usual. Being an asthmatic, heavy exercise is not recommended as it may trigger attacks. However if you are on regular medication and not getting attacks frequently, start some mild form of exercise. Also, modify your diet: increase the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables, salads and reduce processed foods. Weight loss works best when you focus on diet and exercise. Try some relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation and yoga; these will help to reduce your stress. Ensure you are getting adequate sleep at night. Spend time with family or friends and confide in those whom you are comfortable. Indulge in any activities or hobbies that you like.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.
