You need to build up your muscles and strength by gradually increasing your training. And do get your vitamin d3 levels tested. Antioxidants tablets will give you relief.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello, Lybrate user, Apart from deficiency of Vit'D' you are obeased, So,greater factor for leg pain is obesity ,hence, try to reduce your obesity ,first, please. Obaesity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * Tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee,sitting on computer late in d night. # Homoeo medicines which r administered gently ,acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ Phyto berryQ -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal Tk, mushrooms,fish, fortified milk products, eggs,to compensate Vit'D'Sun light is a good source of vit 'D' Your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, it just means that you are exercising more than what your body can tolerate at the moment please reduce the weights reduce the number of cycles start with less cycles and low weights you can gradually increase the weights and cycles please don't take any tablets at the moment follow my advice for the next three weeks and you will mostly find that your problem is solved if you still have pain, let me know.

U might have sprained your back or got some disc problem as you need to play better to go for proper rehab program with a gud physio and hot fomentation at home along with calcium daily.

Tell her to start calcium supplement first. She should do regular walk and yoga. Stop sour and chilled food items. Medicines. Dashmoolarishta 2-2spoons with equal quantity of warm water. Mahayograaj guggul 2-2-2 for 6months.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
