I hope you are having a relxing sleep at night. Follow simple suggetsions - donot study on the bed, try reading on a chair and table - if you donot mind, try keeping a pen in hand to write down things as notes to be used later on. - when feeling sleepy, revise something you already read. - take a hot water bath before you start studying - take a beak of 20 min after every 40-45 min spell of studying. If this is not working then you might need some medications to keep you focused and awake. Get back to me in that case.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall or for growth of hair use triphla powder mixed with curd apply on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use either onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking saptamrit lauh 2 tab bd with water after meal. Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for over night. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least check your thyroid profile. Start with Physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercise. Don't sit on floor. Don't drive. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take Calcium and multivitamin with vitamin D 3 for 2 month. Use lumber spine belt

Hi doctor, I have peeling skin on penis a kind of white peel. This is since last 2 days. I am not sure how i can get this off. I wash it and dry but the next day it is back. Sometomes it is itchy. But when urinating there is no burning or pain. I had fever and cold just before this happened. Doctor suggested me amoxylin, zerodol and montlus which she said would be high dose. Is this due to that reason. Please let me know what i should i do to get rod off this white peeling. Thanks.

I can understand your concern for skin on penis. Two possibilities which are coming to my mind are: 1) Dermatitis skin or skin irritation. Peeling off the skin has caused chafing and moreover rubbing with clothes is causing further friction rub. For the same I suggest you to stop applying anything, use mild soaps like Dove, use lubrication during masturbation or intercourse, wear cotton clothes and use plain Vaseline.

You are holding urine for long. Do not hold urine for long. Avoid having constipation. Increase daily water intake to about 2litres stop consuming toacco, alcohol, excessive coffee, tea, paan-masala.

I am 52 years old. I am a contractor and buy with my construction work. Unfortunately from last 1 year I am suffering from osteoarthritis. I am having pain below my right knee. I can't walk for long distances because I get pain below my knee. Six months before I started to take parijata devotion daily in the morning for 45 days. Hairspa help you smoothen your hair. It won't help with hairfall and dandruff. 1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing .Use ketocip shampoo twice a week. 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.
