Take fibre rich foods (vegetables and water). Daily exercise of 30 to 45 min. Avoid oily and deep fried foods. Take t. Dulcolax in the night 2 tablet only once.

Take more of fibre rich foods like more of vegetables and fruits. Have good amount of water. Do exercise regularly.

I am not able to digest food from 9 months. I have done all test like ct scan, endoscopy and blood test, stool test all are normal. My stomach feel very heavy and tight.

If all reports are normal just follow proper diet. No junk foods, oily and deep fried foods. Took any medicines for this problem?
