Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. I am 22, male. I have pain in my right knee, I mean the joints. I had this pain from past 5 years. But from last 1 year it has been very painful. Before this 1 year, for nearly 6 months I heard sounds while walking (in between the joints). I could not even sleep due this pain. Actually what is the reason behind it. Why it is caused. It must be investigated. Get a MRI of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don?t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem

When cavity griws deeoer it infects pulp and cause decay of crown oortion. If remaining tooth structure is very small in this case doctor suggests to remove the tooth. You can opt for dental implant or bridge after removal. If there is possibility of rct you can go for it.

Sir, I tested diabetes in blood and urine and report was normal in blood and 3+ in urine and the same results are from past 10 years, I did not consult any doctor regarding this because my blood sugar is normal range ,and also I am obese also, I feel from few months if I sit on legs after some time senselessness occurring and for 1 second if I lift my leg it will be normal, is there any issue with these symptoms and is there any problem with urine diabetes. And I am taking aloevera juice in daily morning from 2 months, Is it cause any false report in diagnosis of test, please help me.

You may kindly check your glucose fasting, pp- (oral glucose tolerance test) & glycosylated haemoglobin (hba1c) along with lipid profile & bp. Kindly reduce your weight by following a diet chart & exercising daily as obesity increases the chance of developing diabetes, high bp, heart disease, cancer, gout, gall stones, osteoarthritis, sleep apnoea, etc.

Hello. First, get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist to know the exact diagnosis of your condition which seems to be an Eye-Floater. Eye floaters are small moving spots that appear in your field of vision. They may be especially noticeable when you look at something bright, such as white paper or a blue sky. Eye floaters can be annoying, but they generally don't interfere with your sight. But sometimes eye floaters are a sign of a more serious condition. Immediate visit to an opthalmologist is especially important if the floaters are accompanied by flashes of light or a loss of side vision. Causes of floaters: Most eye floaters are caused by small flecks of a protein called collagen. The back compartment of the eye is filled with a gel-like substance called vitreous humor. As you age, the vitreous and its millions of fine collagen fibers shrink and become shred-like. Shreds can accumulate in the vitreous. The clear vitreous gel which completely fills the back of the eye earlier in life decreases in size and no longer can fill this space…. It pulls away from the retina and it is often the areas of previous attachment to the retina which are seen as floaters as they now float freely in the vitreous gel. Rarely, eye floaters can result from other eye surgery or: Eye disease Eye injury Diabetic retinopathy Crystal-like deposits that form in the vitreous Eye tumors such as lymphoma (rarely) If they are bothersome, you can move them away from your field of vision by moving your eyes. This maneuver shifts the fluid in your eyes. Looking up and down is usually more effective than looking from side to side.

Your memory problems seem to be stress related as far as your symptoms are concerned. Once your stress is treated memory should definitely improve with improved attention and concentration levels. Since only yoga and relaxation is not helping you consider visiting a psychiatrist and seek treatment. I am sure you will improve.

There is no problem in applying sunscreen in a very polluted area. Sunscreen saves you from harmful sun rays, and is necessary to be appkied in sun. If you have to go to a very polluted area, yoy should keep sunscreen and wet wipes handy so that you can clean your face with wet wipes and apply sun screen again. Wash your face thoroughly every night and apply a moisturiser as a saily regime.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, Please inform.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Yes sex can be practice during pregnancy. After 5 months of pregnancy one needs to change the position of male partner. Intercourse can be practiced in male standing position or sideways position. Male partner should not lie on the tummy or growing fetus.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Back pain can happen due to numerous reasons. It can happen due to muscle spasm, disc prolapse, degenerative disc disease. However, most common cause of back pain is muscle spasm or due to wrong posture. You can try doing hot fomentation and some basic exercises like cat and camel, back stretch, hams stretch and bhujangasana and see if it helps you. I would suggest you to visit an ortho or a physiotherapist nearby if the above said exercises doesn't help in reducing pain. Physiotherapy treatment might help you in getting relief and it doesn't have any side effects too.
