For haie fall end pimples change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee, prepretion, fast, spacy, junck, foods. Add in your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, will helps you. Massage mahabhringraj taila end wash with keshraj powder. Use neem face wash than apply aloe vera cream.

There are several factors

A tooth is made up of 4 tissues-enamel, dentin, pulp and cementum.

The enamel and dentin is what play the biggest role in color.

two biggest culprits are the nasty food and drink that actually break down the enamel, and weakening enamel as we age.

As the enamel breaks down, it reveals the yellow dentin underneath. These remedies will focus on whitening teeth that have already lost some white enamel, but it’s also good to keep in mind that doing things to strengthen enamel is just as important so you can keep it from breaking down further.

1. Basil Leaves The soothing and carminative properties of basil leaves can give you instant relief from constipation, gas and nausea. •Simply eat some basil leaves at the first sign of acid upset. Be sure to chew them thoroughly. •Another option is to boil three to five basil leaves in a cup of water and then let it simmer for a few minutes. You can sweeten this basil tea with honey. Do not add milk, though. Sip it frequently. 2. Cinnamon Cinnamon is good for your digestive health. It works as a natural antacid and helps dispel stomach gas. 1.Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water. 2.Bring it to a boil and then allow it to steep for a few minutes. 3.Drink this cinnamon tea two to three times a day. You can also add cinnamon powder to your soup or salad. 3. Buttermilk Another simple home remedy for acidity is buttermilk. It contains lactic acid that normalizes the constipation in the stomach. You can buy buttermilk or make it yourself. •Grind half to one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds with a little water to make a paste. Mix it in a glass of plain buttermilk, also called chaas, and consume it to relieve stomach ache caused by constipation. •Or, you can simply drink plain buttermilk several times a day until you get relief. Mix in a little black pepper or one teaspoon of ground coriander leaves for best results. 4. Apple Cider Vinegar Though acidic in nature, apple cider vinegar has an alkalizing effect. Thus, it helps treat stomach acidity and constipation. •Simply mix one or two teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a cup of water. •Drink it once or twice a day. You can also drink it before meals. 5. Cloves Cloves can help alleviate constipation and dispel gas due to their carminative effect that increases hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Contrary to the popular belief, acidity can be caused due to low stomach acid too. •Chew two to three cloves thoroughly so that the juices are released into your system. •Eating crushed cloves and cardamom mixed in equal amounts can help minimize acid trouble and freshen bad breath that often accompanies this problem. 6. Cumin Seeds Cumin seeds can also be used to treat acidity and constipation as cumin works as a great acid neutralizer. Also, it aids in digestion and relieves stomach pain. •Slightly crush some roasted cumin seeds and stir it into a glass of water. Drink it after every meal. •You can also boil one teaspoon of cumin seeds in a cup of water, strain it and then drink the water after your meal. •Another option is to mix one teaspoon each of coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, fennel seed powder and some sugar in one-half cup of water. Drink it on an empty stomach. •7. Ginger The anti-inflammatory properties in ginger help treat acidity and constipation. Ginger juice can also neutralize stomach acids. •During acidity just chew a slice of fresh ginger. •You can also put some fresh ginger slices in a cup of boiling water, let it steep for a few minutes and then drink it. •Even a spoonful of ginger juice taken two to three times a day can provide relief from acidity.

A woman’s body is different as compared to a man’s body, which is why attaining climax for the two genders is also dissimilar. A woman’s body needs to be caressed, fondled and loved to be turned, which will eventually lead to multiple orgasms during intercourse or masturbation.

However, multiple orgasms aren’t an easy feat to achieve and one can opt to use the following tricks to climax more than once:

  1. Build up a frame of mind: If you stick to a singular frame of mind and focus on getting just one orgasm, you are bound to get just one. Instead, think in plurality and concentrate on what makes you feel good and focus on pleasuring yourself. This kind of focus will actually make you feel aroused and more likely to have multiple orgasms.

  2. Don’t forget Kegel exercises: Kegel exercises help you in keeping your pelvic muscles in shape. Usually after having an orgasm, the muscles seem to contract, but practicing these exercises daily will allow a continuous blood flow, thus, making them strong. If the muscles are strong, you can keep going even after an orgasm which is a requisite for attaining multiple orgasms.

  3. Don’t allow the arousal level to fall to zero: It is only natural for you to slow down once you climax, but instead of completely stopping, try and put the focus back on stimulating your clitoris by engaging in oral sex or changing positions. If the embers are kept lit, you will experience another intense orgasm in sometime.

Focus on the stimulation spot: The stimulation spot varies from woman to woman. Some women feel aroused when their clitoris is stimulated whilst some feel hitting the G-spot turns them on. When you know what turns you on, maximise on the foreplay around that area using varied techniques. But after an orgasm, if the stimulation around one spot is maximum, move on to the other one.

The best remedy I can recommend you is as follows mix triphala powder in water. Keep it away for half an hour. Add a table spoon of pure honey. Have this in early morning daily. Raw onion dish eaten daily also can fix the matter. Have sweet soup made up of black gram. Combine black gram, rice, wheat and long pepper in equal quantities. Grind them to form powder. Fry the mixture in pure clarified butter so cook it with milk. Eat when adding sugar to that. Causes: consistent with ayurvedic concepts, nightfall is because of vata irritation. Quickness is the primary nature of vata. Its affectability is expanded by over considering sex. So for the curing of nightfall vata ought to be cured and adjusted. Overindulgence in sexual considering, constipation, unhealthy diet, low water intake are likewise a percentage of the fundamental driver of the nightfall. It will surely help you.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. I am 36 years old, my family life is very good but I don' t know I get very angry for very silly reasons. I just yell at everyone & then I don' t get proper sleep. Should I take any tablet for this ?

You don? t need tablet for this right now but you certainly should seek counseling help. In therapy you must identify why you get so angry for trivial reasons, and for how long this has been happening. Also you must explore whether you may be scared but acting angry instead. This substituting of feelings indicate that there may be so much fear that you may mistakenly think that you cannot handle it and prefer to be angry to cover up the fear. Does this sound familiar? naturally when this happens and you shout at others, the awakening may happen a little later and you feel guilt and sleep is disturbed. Learn to apologize and inform them that you are working on this problem which is really yours and will resolve it soon. If you are not married, then there could be that as a reason to make you so irritable and to lash out at others. I don? t know the reasons but do follow up on that and see if you could settle down soon.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

All individuals requires scaling (cleaning) to be done atleast once in 6 months to maintain our oral hygiene clean. Our toothbrush is not much finely designed to clean all the plaque and calculi in the interdental areas of the teeth, which is the area where most of the calculus accumulate much and has to be removed regularly using scalers by the dentist.

For approx 8 months I am suffering with anxiety disorders. I am trying to help myself with exercises and yoga but I feel panic attacks often. Some times mood swings are also there, all of a sudden feeling low. Recently I have started experiencing tightening of jaw muscle. Although I try to keep myself busy so that I am tired and I get good sleep at night. Recently I have also experienced intolerance for sudden sound and loud sound. While Exercises and Yoga do help in Anxiety Disorders when it is mild but when the problems are moderate to severe, it should be done along with medications. 2. There are abnormalities in the levels of Neurochemicals/Neurotransmitters in the brain causing various Anxiety disorders. 3. So, unless the levels of neurotransmitters are brought to normal levels, the Anxiety symptoms will not subside. 4. Tightening of jaw muscles and intolerance to loud sound can happen in Anxiety. 5. Mood swing- needs to be further evaluated. So, I suggest you to consult your Psychiatrist for complete evaluation and treatment Regards.
