First take 4 meals daily Do not skip any meal ever ever Do meditation to relieve stress from life. Take morning walk/workout in gym daily morning. Drink plenty of water/fluids in this summer to keep yourself hydrated. Take Five phos 4 tabs thrice daily for next 3 weeks Continue treatment.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning...

My wife's right ovary 3.6x3.5x2 cm= 13. 6 cc Left ovary 4.7x3.7x2. 2 cm=20. 2 cc is this both ovary are normal and if not then what have to do and my wife is having pain in vagina became more sometimes. So please give some tips for it.

Hi Lybrate user, this is not something you have to worry. Just change your lifestyle and be positive Wake up early n do for a morning walk Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do perineal and pelvic exercises take beetroot juice, carrot juice daily. Avoid rice, oily food, non veg food.

Thin wrist will not make much of difference. Your focus should be on fitness rather than structure. About low energy level, you can increase consumption of fruits and sprouts in your diet. Instead of 3 large meals 6 small frequent meal will give you result.

Hi, I have a skin problem. Some days ago, around 2 weeks ago I had a acne on my cheek. Actually I thought it was a acne. It looked like it. Then my cheek around that acne type thing become hard mound. That acne was in the middle of that mound on my cheek. There was pain in that mound. Then I had little fever, little weak feeling in my body, little illness. Then to decrease the pain and to cure that hard mound and bring it back into level of my cheek's skin I took allopathic tablet. I took it from a pharmacy without any doctor's prescription. After took 3 500mg tablet my pain on that mound gone. Skin also leveled now, hardness gone also. But on that part of my face, the skin become dark black and dead skin. The dead skin now automatically falling off day by day. I think the mound is almost cured. But I fear if on that skin any scars remain and I have to carry that scars my whole life. Please help me what should I do? Should I buy any ointment for that scars? If so then what ointment it should be? And when should I use it? After dead skin gone or before dead skin gone? Please help me.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma

This can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.
