I am not getting good sleep at night that is I sleeps at very night about 2 am so what to do for that.
First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood. Due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food, stress less night sleep so take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time.

Hi, My wife 62 yes old had stroke 3.5 years back affecting right side alopathic treatment. Is going on as per advise of neuron physician She walks around 1 km daily we stick support .physiotherapy is done as advised by physiotherapist Still she is not in a position to lift her right hand from shoulder. She lifts her hand to side to some extend. Her fingers are opens/closes to some extend. Please suggest any other treatment for this We reside in New Mumbai.

After 3 years nothing much can be done. However if she had stiffness it can be reduced with medicines .But do not stop physiotherapy. If you stop she might worsen.

Management: Here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: Keep your bedroom cool and dark Put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime Stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends Stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals Skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: Take Schwabe's Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos./ once daily at night for 1month.

I have Fever, not able to consume food ,vomiting ,and tiredness since three days I was on diet since two weeks ,like I was avoiding oil food, rice and so on. Was having more of chapatis ,Palyas, all types of vegetables and fruits and more of juice . Is it because if that? And I go to gym. And was into yoga also before .

Because of dieting and much physical exercises, you may have developed weakness due to which your solar plexus (nabhi) might have shifted from centre, which leads to the symptoms you mentioned. Do check it and correct if it has been shifted.

You r weak. You should take proper diet. You take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast.
