Hello,use this home method to get soft and straight hair.Regular hot oil treatments is one the best and easiest ways to keep your hair smooth and well hydrated. The heat and saturation from the warm oil will relax the light wavy and curly pattern of your hair. For hot oil treatment, the best options are coconut, olive, almond or sesame oil. Slightly heat the oil you wish to use in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Apply the warm oil to your hair and massage your scalp for 15 to 20 minutes. Comb your hair thoroughly to evenly distribute the oil. It will also avoid breakage while washing your hair. Cover your hair with a hot wet towel for 30 to 40 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Gently comb your hair (use a wide-toothed comb not a brush) while it is still wet and allow it to air dry.

You are late in consulting me. If you r really desperate to increase yr height I can recommend you some very good homoeopathic medicines for 3 months. Yes vagina khud tight and loose hogi during sex it will loose after penetration of penis and after 24 hour it will come back but the virginity of vagina will go away after first sex or sports activity or any other activity which can rupture hymen.

Potatoes are a rich source of carbohydrates and complex sugars. So, including more potatoes in your diet will ensure weight gain. Eat one serving of grilled or baked potato daily for one or two months. You can also prepare potato chips at home in a healthy oil like olive oil and have them just twice a week for one or two months.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp.

Please do a blood test for CBC and T3/T4/TSH. Please note the following for your condition: The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs. Also take -- Bananas which are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. For further queries get back to me.

it depends on many factors, hereditary, diet and others, to increase height According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height.Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. Thanks

Hello lybrate-user, First of all kindly do not aim to lose seven kg in a month. It's too high and any measures which will help you loose that much weight will have its downside. Secondly I don't understand the reason why you want to start herbal tea or other stuff. It's gud for health is a common understanding but it's not some magic potion which will reduce your excess weight without doing anything. For you to reduce weight, you will have to look at your diet as well as physical output. Start going for a brisk walk daily for 45 mins. No talking with someone while walking. It Shud be actually be brisk not a leisurely walk. Stop all junk food especially south Indian sodas or idlis or chat or bakery products. Consume booked water for the whole day. Preferably add dhaniya and shunthi in it while boiling. You will require medicines for PCOS. Consult a doctor personally at your city and undergo Panchkarma. Actual treatment at a good centre will be more better for better results. Online advice is fine but kindly take treatment after showing your reports physically to a doctor at your city. Tk care. Hello, As you are suffering from cough and fever since 1 month, get your blood tested (empty stomach) for – CBC, ESR, AEC, Widal, Peripheral smear for MP; also, Sputum examination, an X-ray (chest), Urine (R & M) and Stool examination (R & M) done. (In case required, may advise you some other tests later). Revert me with the reports for proper treatment.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet. Blackheads can be avoided by maintaining a good cleansing routine.

When a pimple or cyst broken and leave a layer of damaged skin, it is called scar. This is very important you should keep your skin neat and clean. You should also take healthy diet. Do not scratch the acne/ pimples. Keep your hands clean. Do not cover your face with hair. Avoid too much sun exposure. Avoid stress. Use sandal wood or chandan soaked and apply it with cotton ball for 15 minutes on your face. After that wash it with lukewarm water. Do it for one week.
