Dark red urine is indicative for bleeding somewhere in the urinary tract which needs to be evaluated after clinical examination and with investigation and get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports.

There are good medicines available but they have to be taken regularly for long periods. I hope you have got an ultrasound & psa test done besides a physical examination from a surgeon / urologist.

Renal Stone Prevention

Renal Stone Prevention

It is advisable to take homeopathy for renal stone removal but at same time take care of things to avoid formations of stones again in kidneys as it is common.

Renal Stones and its prevention:

Diet and supplements: How to prevent kidney stones naturally?

  • Stay hydrated. Drinking more water is the best way to prevent kidney stones.
  • Eat more calcium-rich foods. Low-calcium diets may increase your kidney stone risk and your risk of osteoporosis.
  • Eat less sodium. Avoid canned foods, processed foods, such as chips and crackers.
  • Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. Beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones.
  • Eat less animal protein.
  • Avoid vitamin C supplements. ...not dietary vitamin c intake.
  • Explore herbal remedies.
  • Avoid frequent urinary tract infections.
  • Do not postpone urine urge frequently.
  • Drinking green tea and cranberry juice helps to prevent renal stones.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Going by your description it appears that you have developed hemorrhoids (piles). This needs to be treated first with some oral drugs to be taken orally as well as some ointments for application, available over the counter. You may use those. Then consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits so that stools do not become hard. Develop good bowel habits, visit the toilet when there is an urge. Drink more water. Avoid certain foods that cause irritation. If all these measures do not help, then you may have to see a surgeon and follow his advise. There may be an operation needed. Thanks.

Take tablet flotral 10 mg daily. This will improve your flow of urine. Get an ultrasound done for size of prostate. Your surgeon will decide whether you need surgery or not depending on size of prostate.
