The very fact you have anal sex repeatedly albeit with a gap by which your anal canal has dilated to an extent where it gets used to insertion of penis which is larger than the bolus of stool you normally pass therefore you do not have pain as you had in the first instance. This a normal physiological response for which no medicine is required. As you have asked this question to a medical doctor it is imperative on my part to tell you that please do take enough of precautions while engaging in this abnormal sexual exercise. I presume you are aware of such precautions.

I am 69 male. My urination process is slow now without any other symptoms like burning etc I had undergone hemorrhoid operation in 2003 and the anesthetist administered injection in my lower spinal cord before the procedure. Since then I had been experiencing the slow urination, and I was given to understand that the'slowness' is the phenomena of that particular'injection-procedural. This is further to inform you that in 2013, on 21st march a stent was implanted in my left carotid artery. Besides, following is the list of my regular medicine-intake: 1)- thyronorm150, 2)- stamlobeta, 3)- becadexamin, 4)- neorobeon forte, 5)-ctd 6.25 (mon-wed-fri), 6)- glycomet500- twice daily, 7)- ecospirin 150, 8)- amaryl 1mg, 9)- shecal hd, 10)- extor20. I am seeking your advice.

Dear , at 69 years of age you are well into prostate enlargement age your slow urination may be due to prostatic enlargement and probably has nothing to do with that spinal injection as that has never happened in my entire 47 years of carrier. Another likely cause would be constipation with passage of hard faeces, for prostate get urine test and sonography with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness and post void residual urine. Let me know the results

Even if the colour of urine is normal, a burning sensation needs you to do a urine examination to rule out crystals, red cells and urinary tract infection. If there is suggestion of infection do a culture and sensitivity test to get proper choice of antibiotics. If there is no infection, an ultrasound examination of Kidney Ureter Bladder may help with some finding. Depending upon the reports, further needful may be advised.

Pcnl, although surgical, has the advantage of one step clearance of stone, while eswl is non-surgical, you may need multiple repeat sessions, and may need additional procedures if stone pieces come down and block the ureter. There is another option of retrograde ureteroscopy under anesthesia, which although surgical involves less invasive than pcnl, better chance than eswl for clearance.
