Hi, I hav bell's palsy on my right side of face from last 20 days. Im taking medicine but deres no effect. please sugest wht to do? Any test or medicine!

Unfortunately for Bell's palsy there is no particular effective medicine. Still in initial period one might take steroids and vitamins after consulting doctor. But mainstay is Physiotherapy.

I have developed tingling sensation/numbness mostly in sole and palm.However sometimes it is felt at the other part also.I have also developed pain in my shoulders. With the input of medicine(Jalra M 500/50),the diabetese is under control.I am also suffering from gas formation in my stomach which always disturbs me while i amm attending a meeting/conference. Your symptoms can be due to diabetic neuropathy or less likely due to cervical spine pathology. You need to visit an Orthopaedic Surgeon for detailed clinical examination and investigations including MRI scan of the cervial spine.

There is no specific diet to be followed after fits. But patient should avoid cola or aerated cold drinks, excessive coffee, tea, chineese fast foods. Take plenty of fruits, vegetables, diary products.

Yes of course you can eat cabbage, if you like it! Well if your seizures are not controlled you need medicine dosage optimisation in consultation with your treating physician. Have proper 7 hrs sleep and yes do not skip medication dosage.

I'm suffering from migraine attacks from the past week. I have at 2 times a day. My sleep routine is disrupted. Could you please help me? And prescribe something which will get my sleep routine bacm in track.

Take breakfast daily. Do not watch TV for more then 1 hour per day regular exercise brisk walk, jogging,cycling for 45 minutes avoid eating chocolates fix your time of sleep you should have minimum 8 hours sleep in the night there are inhalers available in market .whenever you feel you can take those .regular medical check up.

Wat to do with migraine headache. Is there a permanent solution to it, if I start getting a migraine attack it will continues till I get a night sleep, sound not concentrate on work, if I see light it's more irritated.

Migrane- It is characterised by one sided headache which is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura and we can start with tablet propranolol after personal examination
