1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

Dear sir, I am 43 years old men. Suffering from Knee pain (both legs) past 13 years. I take medicine several times. But no result. Doctor advised it is deficiency of cartilege. Please advise me for clear my knee pain.

1.Take Physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for Knee joint. 2. Wear knee cap open patella. 3.Take calcium(morning) and methylcobalamine(after dinner) supplement with Glucosamine(after lunch) and omega3(lunch). Don't sit on floors.

Difficult to say if there is any connection with these habits and your back pain. Anyway, you will have to check it out medically to see what that problem is, especially if it has been around for many years. Never neglect back pain because if it can be treated early you may prevent something more sinister from happening. These habits though are of concern because they are worse in combination and by themselves too. If you think it will be difficult to quit these habits, do admit yourself to a rehabilitation center and give up both the habits in one shot. You will be very thankful you did that forever.

Hi, you hv not mentioned your age, please. Take homoeo medicines being gentle to use without any adverse effect there of @ rhus 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ led pal 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid, cold intake, spicy, irritant food. Ensure sleep for 6/7 hrs in d night. Your diet b easily digestible on time to avoid indigestion to acidity, causing leg pain, too. Take care.

Rest. Take muscle relaxant medicine. Heat fermentation twice a day. Do stretching exercise. And start strength exercise in daily routine.

Hi. All your problems are due to stretching of the muscles for long durations due to long drive on bike. Apply Rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Hi Agnish, Do 15mins surya namaskar Asanas daily. Don't dirve bike for long hours. Also don't sit for long hours, During 9 hours of work, try to stand and stretch your body front back and sides for twice in every hour. Drink more water and Eat boiled eggs in the morning.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift can give you some relief. -a do private consultation with a physical therapist who can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Keep the area clean.(by daily wash 1-2 times). Apply some antiseptic cream over it. Watch for any discharge. If there is persistent discharge, show it to a surgeon.

I am 64 years old. A diabetic for more than 10 yrs, but under control with medicines. Latest HBA1C is 6.3During the last two months, I feel pain in myright hand -between shoulder and knee- and also in the shoulder whenever I lift the hand or turn it. First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

It could be viral. Very common in this season. Have plenty of fluids, rest, do betadine gargles, take steam. For fever you can take antipyretics like pcm. Hopefully it should improve in a week. If not consult a physician.
