if its only a ligament injury then you require physiotherapy (proprioceptive exercises) and maybe an ankle splint may help

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hello, the dry patches need to be assessed in severity to advise medicinal creams if required. To control dryness, please use a mild cleanser like Cetaphil or Moiz as facewash twice a day. Apply Elovera or Venusia moisturiser immediately after bath and in evening. Avoid hot water baths. Don't use Betnovate N without Dermatologist supervision since it is a steroid and gives side effects like skin thinning, acne, sun sensitivity etc when used for more than 2-3 weeks.

Firstly avoid all exercise and tk heat fermentation twice a day and rest ya physiotherapy treatment to relief pain. Then start stretching exercise and spine extension exercise, bridging exercise.

I have got fever in january before that on october 2014. After fever I have problem of pain in lower portion of legs below knee every day after I wake up in morning. Then when I start walking my pain is gone again next morning after sleep I feel pain again as I start walking no pain so could you guide me what is the matter and can it be deficiency of vitamin b12.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands.

Eat what you like no restrictions only don't smoke and drink alcohol. Avoid putting strain on the bone.

Take belladonna 30 - one dose when headache starts so that it does not extends that long duration. Take this for a week at least and inform.

Hi, I am 22 years old and met with accident on 17 May, due to which I broke both the bones of my right leg and got operated. Now m having 2 plates in my leg and lot of staples. I am worried about removing the staples. Also what to eat so that I will not get any infection in that.

Skin staples are removed easily in the outpatients department. Its not as painful as the fracture you had in the first place anyway. As far as diet is concerned eat a balanced healthy diet rich in calcium. Diet does not cause any infection. Smoking and alcohol should be avoided at all costs.

Hi Rose, please get pelvic ultrasound done to rule out ovarian conditions and hormonal status to know cause . After knowing cause you can take tablets to get period and prevent further complications.

Is there any permanent solution for cervical spondylitis I'm having lot of pain in my neck it burns actually X ray shows gap between bones doctors suggested to go for MRI cervical spine but I dint do please suggest.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar. CervicalSpondylosis / Spondylitis – Chronic condition with radiating pain Physiotherapy Treatment: You have to go for Intermittent Cervical Traction and also you can do Interferential Therapy. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercises and also to use cervical collar to improve the contour of your muscle texture and to improve the cervical angle so that the posture is improved and it also gives you comfort and relieves the pain.

Hi doctor, while *Pandiculation" 5 month back I got a strange type of pain in my back left head inside it accompanied by a crack sound like we twisted fingers. Since then I always have my left side of head pain from inside and my left eyes too. Please suggest me worried. Thanks.

While stretching your neck and upper back muscles (around the scapular region) might have got some injury and thus causing some inflammation there. The radiating pain may experience along with back of the head. You may try Ayurveda oil massage carefully through a trained person. Specific medicated oil applying to mid-head externally will also has good effect to relieve the "inflammation" in the neck muscles. Specific strenuous postures like sitting in front of computer system / I phones and working longer hours may aggravate the condition.
