You should consult pediatric pulmonologist. Child seems to be suffering from multitriggerwheeze. He may require controllers like budecort.
I n acute phase nothing by mouth advised, after surfery start with sips of water gradually can resume all foods in normal diet.
Give him Podophyllum 30, 4 pills and Ars alb 30, 4 pills twice a day for 2 days and revert back for further treatment.
Continue with ORS to maintain electrolyte balance.

Eating clay /dust occurs in children with iron deficiency anemia, your pediatrician has done the right thing by giving iron supplements continue the same for 3-6 months, children tend to become iron deficient if they take excess of milk, restrict her milk intake to 2 cups per day, increase her iron intake in diet with substances made of jaggery, green vegetables, kishmish khajur, interact with her spend more time playing with her to improve her verbal skills.

No don't force her let her have her own way, if you feel she is not taking enough than take out the milk and spoon feed her. Forcing her during feeding will adversely affect her feelings.
Hello lybrate-user .Conrgratulation for your bundle of joy and for completing this many month of exclusive breastfeeding. Baby -mother dyad needs to be examined by either Lactation Consultant or Pediatrician to find out the cause. Taking drugs without consultation won't help much. Exclusive breastfeeding or breastmilk has enormous benefits .So please don't start formula in haste. I am Pediatrician and Lactation Consultant too and I do online consults too. Hope everything becomes streamline soon.
