Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Kali Brom 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week. 2.Berberis Aquifolium Q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update with the feedback. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples, it can lead to scarring and skin infections. *avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water in a day. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products. *Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

I was smoking around 6 years till 2015 and my lips became black in texture. Its very important that you live every second happily and enjoy all the beautiful colours of life ,through your query I can understand that you want to change this situation its really good ,when there is a will there is a way. Any professional can show the path but you have to go on that path, you need slightly change in your approach .when any time negative thought runs then just say to yourself that I will deal all this from evening and presently I am suppose to do any work which you are doing and at evening write all the thoughts in diary, one more way is that share all thoughts with any good friend. Divert your mind ,make yourself busy as much as you can so that you don't get time to think ,make some good friends with whom you can share your feelings, develop some hobby, take sleep of 6-8 hours it is compulsory, for this don't sleep at day time ,you need to maintain your sleeping cycle ,do some yoga and meditation, don't think on this topic as much you will think you will be more frustrated because these thoughts are endless. Take care.

Hi… apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2 tablets of raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila and rootz shampoo, do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month.

I am physically fit from body but I feel Lot's of weakness, my stamina is vary low. What I have to do.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Brush your teeth twice a day, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Floss your teeth inter dentally once a day. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. Consume a healthy diet rich in vegetables and lean protein. Reduce your intake of sugary foods and beverages. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Drink plenty of fluoridated tap water. Drink not consume alcohol drinks. Don’t smoke. Check your mouth regularly for any unusual sores and lesions. Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and have regular thorough dental check-ups where your dentist will look at the health of both your teeth and your mouth. Most importantly, do not delay seeking immediate advice from a dentist or medical professional if you notice any unusual symptoms or sores on your lips or in your mouth.

U didnt mention your age here. Upto 18-20 yrs there will b chances for growing height. For few people this bl happen very fast n then by 16-18, will b stopped. Whatever it may b, the ht is determined by genes. So it cant b modified. But in early ages, as the bones will b still in growing, n calcification will not b over, few measures will help to raise the ht, that too some extent only. Like physical exercises, sports like basket ball, volley ball etc. Regarding your wt, there also hereditary factors play imp. Role. But ib your case, any harmonal imbalance, especially thyroid, r any other growth, health related issues r your diet contents n shedule, physical activity could b checked. Accordingly the later steps.

Hi, Would recommend you to take fruit rather than going only for it's juice! As eating whole fruit contains fibre which helps in digestion. Yes, there are certain vitamins and minerals that can give your sex drive a boost. After all, you need nutrients to enable your body to function properly, including because they are the building blocks of life, but they also allow you to have the best sex of your life without spoiling the fun. These includes Vitamin C (lemons, oranges, limes, kiwis, peas, potatoes, peppers, berries, grapefruit, melons and Brussel sprouts), Folic acid (avocado, sunflower seeds, asparagus, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, beets, celery, corn, almonds, peanuts and spinach), Vitamin B (brown rice, peanuts, paprika, chicken, baked potatoes, bananas, tomatoes), Vitamin E (spinach, asparagus, whole grain breads, broccoli, tomatoes, egg yolks, walnuts, chickpeas and sweet potato). Requirement of protein is actually different for person to person. It is base on their daily need. Ideal protein intake is 1gm/kg body weight. If you want to grow muscle protein intake should be 1.2 to 1.5 gm/kg body weight. But it is not that much easy for definite result you should take this protein under consultant advice only.

Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

What can be maximum endometrium thickness just prior to menses date? My last menses were on 10th June. On 28th june, I had USG done, which showed 11 mm endometrium thickness. And today that is 6th July, it's 28 mm. My gynaecologist said that it's premenstrual. But still I am worried. I would like a second opinion. I am 24 years old and unmarried.

Hello, 28 mm is a lot. The endometrial thickness before menses is usually 11-14 mm considering that there is no progesterone deficiency which is responsible for secretory phase and compacting of endometrium. 28 mm can cause heavy bleeding and also progesterone deficiency should be ruled out. To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects
