Recently I started having pain in teeth and cheeks along with cold from last 1 month. I was diagnosed with sinusitis I am attaching report with the question. Few things regarding headache so that we can plan treatment accordingly 1) If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eyesight for refractive error 2) If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause and 3) If the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause 4) If the pain is associated with either a low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination 5) If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause

I have the repeated problem of throat infection on once in week for last 2 years. Need your advise to control this.

I have the repeated problem of throat infection on once in week for last 2 years. Need your advise to control this.
Cold, cough and throat problem can happen due to weather changes, exposure to cold air or rain, dust and pollen allergy and certain sour food. *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. Take Belladonna 200 –once in the morning and once in the evening.

Hi lybrate-user, many patients have congenitally single kidney. They usually have no problem. However, it is important to take certain precautions. 1. Avoid drugs that can injure kidneys, eg. Pain killers (like diclofenac, brufen etc.), some antibiotics like gentamicin, amikacin etc. 2. Prevent lifestyle diseases like diabetes and hypertension that can damage kidneys by taking healthy diet and walking regularly. 3. Protein intake needs to be reduced only in certain stages of chronic kidney disease. In your situation, you can take 50 to 60 grams protein per day. 4. Please do ultrasound of kidneys and get serum creatinine & urine protein test done every year. 5. Reduce animal proteins, drink 3-4 lite fluid per day and increase fruits and vegetables. Wish you good health,
