I was very optimistic. But since 1 year I got changed and these changes are due to my circumstances. I feel very lonely always. I feel like noon is there for me. Because there is no as such emotional support from. Parents and my friends are also very mean. I used to be attached to my friends soo much. I have a boyfriend who loved me soo much in the beginning and now after three years his love is also vanished. Financially also I am suffering a lot. And I am a third year nursing student and I do not have interest in nursing. I am not able to do duties and practical work from 2 months. I am not able to find happiness. Sometimes I feel like killing my self. overnight I cry a lot. I do not know that what should I do. How I can tackle all this? Please help.

Hello I am 24 year old. I suffer anxiety and panic attack from last three years. I consulted almost five psychiatrists and a psychologist. The panic attack and negative thinking left but still I feel nervous and worry sometimes. I feel like I undergo breathlessness which causes my heart rate to increase, but breathlessness does not occur in real. These 10-15 minutes cause panic in me and due to this I worry whole day.
