Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to strain & stretch to the muscle & soft tissues - avoid bending, lifting weight, playing or exercising till pain subsides as movement will increase it - do hot fomentation of the affected area three times a day - apply pain relief gel three times a day - if still pain is there take a pain killer tablet after meals, max 2-3 in a day.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

I am 19 year old male I had panic attack around 4 months ago .I had heart palpitations at that time and suddenly it feels like it stopped beating and the fear leads to my 1st panic attack. But after that it become a cycle of fear of death. I don't know how to get out of it. I had fear of death when I was around 10 but then I knew that it will happen after 60-70 years after but in now it feels like I am going to die everyday. Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.

Walk for 40 to 60 m. daily. (4 to 6 hours weekly). You can do weight exercises also if heart is alright. Don't sit idle for more than an hour. Keep on moving always.

today the cardiosurgery has evolved so much that it can repair any size hole in heart and medanta is the best for cardiosurgery in india..so dont worry about the percentage of being successful as hole in the heart is the bigger danger now ...otherwise these surgeries have very good success rrate

Dear, To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Electrol is indicated in diarrhea and vomitings to replenish the lost electrolytes.I feel the BP is normal for her age.If she is observing salt restriction she can add 1gm salt.Continue same medicine & take as per the doctor's instructions
