I strongly recommend you to go and see either a psychologist or a psychiatrist. You may need a regular weekly session to work both on your stress and anger. Initial support by a counselor or psychologist will help you understand what is going on with in you and it will also equip you with various tools and strategies you could use on a daily basis. You may try following things with support of your girlfriend as well. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. If you need help in exploring what works best for you and make this into your life style do let me know. As a trained wellness coach I could help you tailored your own holistic wellness program. Hope this helps.

What are you worrying about? If you look too far into the future, you will be scared. Most of what you are scared about does not happen: as I remember in the last count 99% of what we worry about will not happen. In fact if you look back and see from all the worrying you have done so far, has any of those things really happened? In other words we simply trouble ourselves. There may be another contributor, and that is, if there were any past influences that have made your system prone to worry. You will need to check into your background for that information. When you do find out meet with a counselor and work this out. Counseling will help in training you will skills and techniques to cope with the daily challenges in life and will give you a fair chance to manage your life. You must also develop your constitution to make it fit enough to cope with fear, felt many times unnecessarily. You may be taking normal fear and converting it into abnormal fear like anxiety and so on. Take care of the following: Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. The earlier you tackle this, the easier it is going to be. You can also take two measures: To slow your heart beat breathe deep and slow into your diaphragm, it utilizes an extra 80% of your lungs to absorb more oxygen. The heart beats faster due to more oxygen requirement and slow breathing also reduces stress.

Fear is dangerous. It means you have lost confidence on yourself and you are unable to make the right decision. You imagine what may go wrong. You mess up your brain for nothing. There is more perceived fear than actual fear. Stop imagining and start living.

Masturbation is healthy form of sexual outlet. Do not feel guilty. Most of the things you said are trivial and get your mind off it.

Many people have problems with forgetfulness, even if they otherwise have a good memory. Absentmindedness is something that affects all of us at some time or another. Absentmindedness is the natural consequence of being able to do as much as we do. By being able to perform an activity without thinking about it we are able to perform many more tasks than we would otherwise. However, sometimes things we would like to remember get overlooked in the process. It isn't possible to eliminate forgetfulness or absentmindedness, but there are techniques and strategies that can help reduce how often it happens. With practice and memory trainingyou can develop the skills necessary to reduce absentmindedness. Have more sleep. Lack of sleep is one of the most common causes of forgetfulness. Hence, get plenty of sleep. For most people, at least seven or eight hours of sleep a day is needed. If you could not get more sleep at night, try taking a nap sometime during the day. Get more oxygen to the brain. Our brain uses oxygen whenever it performs its functions; the more tasks it does, the more oxygen it needs. Hence, for us to think better and remembers things clearly, we must get more oxygen to our brain. This is only possible if we increase our flow of blood through quitting smoking and regular fitness exercises like aerobics. Regular exercise would not only be beneficial for the memory but as well as for the entire wellness of the body. Experts believe that elderly people who exercise regularly have less chance of decreasing memory ability. Eat healthy foods. Diet is important in order for our mind to function effectively. One of the best types of food is fish because it contains omega 3 fatty acid, an essential oil that helps the brain to receive and retain information. Fresh vegetables and fruits should also be included in the diet. Check your iron level. Iron is known to boost our memory, and therefore, it must be maintained in a sufficient level. Eat foods with plenty of iron or take iron supplements regularly. Simplify. Absent-mindedness is oftentimes caused by having too much to remember. Our brain also has its satiation point and whatever we put in beyond its capacity only gets spilled out and wasted. Thus, simplify your life, remove unnecessary things, and select things to remember. Prioritize. An extension to the idea of simplification is prioritizing. When there are so many things to do, better plan out which must be or can be done first and which can come last. Also, eliminate some activities so all the things in your top priorities can be realized. Write things down. This might seem an easy step but this is seldom practiced by everyone. We tend to memorize things just in our heads, but unfortunately, we lose much information in the end. The best thing to do is to keep a notebook with you all the time. Write down your list of errands, things to buy or do, important dates, names of people you meet or places you have been to, or whatever things you can scribble that which can serve you well any given day. Once you write them down, you can forget them. When you need them, you can readily open your notebook and find the information you need. For short-term needs, you might also write on sticky notes and hang them on the most conspicuous places. Develop routines. Naturally, we remember the things that we habitually do. Thus, do the same things in the same order and at the same time every day. When you do tasks in the same order every day, you develop habits and do not have to think about them anymore. Develop techniques. You can devise some ways to compensate for your forgetfulness. Say using a recorder and making a list of things. If you are the type who usually misplaces keys, train yourself to place them in a single area, like a hook near a door. If you get confused over piles of documents and papers, learn to organize and make use of folders and cabinets. These are only some ways to develop ways to remember the things you tend to forget.

Dear , the best method to improve your concentration, memory power and recollection etc is to use your brain creatively again and again. Doing number puzzles, creative hobies like painting, games like chess etc can sharpen your brain and improve concentration. Exercise plays an important part in sharpening the brain and in many aspects of memory. Nutritious food including green vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals and pulses are beneficial. Alcohol, nicotine, drugs, coffee, red meat etc are not that good for sharpening brain and memory power. Being happy and cheerful also contributes positively. You may ask a private question to me for more information. Take care.
