This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. I'm working in a company that is 9hours job plus 4hours is my travelling time that means i'm seating for almost 13hours and i've started having regular pain in my lower back. And its so sad that am not able to sit without support for more than 5mins, is it anything serious that I should worry about?

Sweet pain means there is no severe pain. You are changed your attitude from three months. You have a guilty feeling anything happens. Then you go for check up. But it is normal. It means you are psychologically disturbed. When tests are normal. It is related to psychosomatic disorders. It need psychological counselling. You have a weakness to change your attitudes and suffers yourself. Better to develop strong attitude. Build a very good personality. Do not think too much about small things. Be share all your feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. If you want to healthy personality. Do not touch which is not suited to you. Walk more time take good food, take rest. Be spend most of the time with your close friends and family members. Be optimistic and positive. Be sociable. Be enjoy the every movement of life. Normally there has to be gap in the disk then only it will act as a cushion. If the space is reduced then there is a problem. He needs rest, physiotherapy and exercises. If the pain radiates to the leg then he needs Mri scan.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

apply volini gel on back and neck. do warm fomentation. do back and neck exercises . avoid high pillow, use firm bed . avoid soft bed. avoid forward bending. it will help you.

After typhoid some people can develop arthralgia (joint pain) - which is due to inflammation of the joint lining due to immune reactions. you can visit an ortho or rheumatologist and get it checked.

You should start exercising every day so that the bones and the muscle are in good condition. Go for a brisk walk everyday for 20 mins. Make it twice a day later. You can also do Yoga (pranayam and meditation included) to keep your body fit and maintain the energy levels. At the same time beware of the the food that you take. Try to eat only healthy food. Choose natural products over processed​ food, cold drinks etc. Maintain good hydration by drinking 8-10 glasses of water. Sleep well (7-8 hrs sleep) and get involved​ into something creative (any hobby which can make you feel good ). It's basically your lifestyle that will help you overcome your routine problems. Hello sir. I am 42, and 102 kgs at 5.8.ft. I am suffering from excessive knee pain and pain below the heels. My blood sugar and uric acid are normal. But I am fat and my body forms gas in low food quantities. It has been years that I take esoz40 in the morning to avoid acidity. Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Dear Deep, You can use hot water fomentation and should get started with back muscle strengthening and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises. Avoid forward bending activities. Get atleast started with these. Do write to me if needed any further help.

undergoing a proper core stability and strengthening exercises will help you keep your back strong and aligned.

My mother is suffering from lumbar spondylosis and her leg were always swell up. And she experience severe pain at waist, knee and ankle.

Shoulder Pain Care - 4 things you must not ignore!
Care for shoulder pain and related problems

Shoulder problems usually happen because of internal problems or external trauma. People who are into any form of manual labour, pick up a lot of heavy things regularly or play sports experience shoulder pain at some point of time or other. Shoulder pain can be detected by physical examination, mri, x-ray, ultrasound and medical history.

The most common types of shoulder problems are arthritis, fracture, dislocation, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tear, and rotator cuff disease. Cures for the different shoulder pains are different. Follow these simple ways to help you manage the pain.

1. Rest the hurtful shoulder: you need to take ample rest. Using the arm which is affected is not a good idea and needs to be avoided. If your job involves manual labour, it is advised that you stay at home to rest.

2. Ice pack healing: applying ice pack on the wound is also advised around 3-4 times in a day. This varies as per the kind of shoulder pain, so doctor's advice must be followed.

3. Be consistent with exercise: depending upon the source of pain, physiotherapist will advise certain sets of shoulder exercises. It is very important that they should be performed diligently for fast recovery.

4. Support it well: wearing a sling is extremely important and should not be taken lightly at any point of time. A good support will ensure there is no mislocation and faster recovery.

Pain may right hand may be due to muscular pain, nerve pain and acidity. You need to take some precaution like avoid much strain to hand, get nutritious diet which help relieve in contipation. If you let to cause then easily get relief. If after that problem still continue then need to further medicinal treatment.
