You can not get a fit body by eating junk. The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

My father has age of 55 years. Recently he made an accident as a normal head injury and back pain few days back but now two things are normal but blood creatinine level is rising rapidly. There is no prior symptoms of any type of kidney disease but now he suffering for blood creatinine. What can be the possible reason for that. Hi, sudden increase of creatinin in blood may be due to 1. Rhabdomyolysis-may occur due to crush injuries after accidents. In this damaged skeletal striated muscle breaks down rapidly. Breakdown products of damaged muscle cells are released into the bloodstream; some of these, such as the protein myoglobin, are harmful to the kidneys and may lead to kidney failure. The severity of the symptoms, which may include muscle pains, vomiting, and confusion, depends on the extent of muscle damage and whether kidney failure develops. The muscle damage may be caused by physical factors (e. G. Crush injury, strenuous exercise, medications, drug abuse, infections.) 2. Some kinds of antibiotics or blood pressure medicines will cause. Normally, it's totally reversible when you reduce or stop taking these medicines, 3. Diet-. Fox example, pickles, bacons, sausages pizzas and so on are all of high quality of salt, which will cause water-sodium retention in the kidneys 4. Infections-, who have renal insufficiency previously, get infections, such as cold, pneumonia, intestinal infection, and urinary tract infection, they are easy to have an elevated creatinine level in a short time. 5. Dehydration-drinking less water, a fever or sweating, especially during frequent urine, can cause severer narrowed blood volume in kidneys.

I presume they bleed too. Swollen gums usually have a gum or periodontal (ligaments that support tooth) disease. I advice you to take a vitamin c course one tab a day for 15 days, visit a dentist and get your teeth scaled and root planing done. This will, with additional salts solve ir gum disease.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

I need a counsel my life is full off pain and I don't know whom to trust all the doctors only need money here though I have parents and sister they doesn't understand my pain I want some one so that I can share my feeling I feel like dying? You are just 21 and life has only begun and you already want to end it! You sound more and more like someone with a serious rejection issue. You try to do the best for other people so that they don’t reject you but yet they do. This means that you need to look at what you are doing to make others reject you. It has become so bad that I feel you are now rejecting yourself in contemplating suicide! You may be angry about something and because you think that it cannot be expressed, you are turning it inwards. The identity crisis is typical of someone who is dependent on others for acknowledgement and tends to identify with other personalities. You probably suffer from low self-esteem. But far worse than that is my fear that you have this rejection issue, which is compounded with abandonment issues and separation anxiety. The fear of acceptance may then trigger a performance-oriented individual who will depend entirely on other people’s opinion and assessment of himself. This will make you even more vulnerable and susceptible to rejection, and you may hurt very badly and easily at the slightest sign of rejection. There is a way about this, but meet with a counselor first and see what can be worked out to learn to accept yourself first. If you did this you will naturally perform well and will not depend on others, entirely, for their acceptance. If you know of any reason to believe that this rejection is true from your childhood it would help tremendously. Talk to your parents and find out what they remember or you could take them with you to meet with the counselor. If you learn to accept yourself first then the identity may be formed, but the best way to develop an identity is to know your emotions and how to express them. Your feelings are a very good indicator of who you are. A counselor will help you do this well.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hello Lybrate User, you should follow proper diet regimen. Take small amount of food every 4 hours. Avoid eating oily food, increase the intake veg / animal protien, have 7-8 hours of adequate sleep. Take ashwagandha Rasayana 1-0- 1 tsp followed by milk on a regular basis for 3 months.
