If there is no lump felt by you, it can be retention of water before periods. Take minimum salt, more lemon type juices & weak tea that leads to more urination to get rid of extra water in the body. Drink lots of water. If still worried, get ultrasound of breast -this test is as sensitive as mammography but no radiation risks.

Hello... If there is any pain or irritation, take few tulsi leaves.. Boil them in one glass of water... Then drain this and add half spoon honey and 2-3 drops ginger... Take it warmly ... You can take this twice a day for 4-5 days... You will be fine... Fir medicine you can consult me....

Hello you need to add nutrient dense foods to your diet along with regular physical activity for better digestion & absorption. Include steamed spouts, paneer/ tofu, dals, milk shakes, cheese & dry fruits in your daily diet. Fresh fruit juices, coconut water, & other fluids like shikanji, lassi, buttermilk can be taken. Have small but frequent meals in the day & eat in a comfortable, peaceful environment.
