Every day apply glyco A 12% cream for haif an hour and wash with plain water after sunset. Then apply any moisturiser that suits you. Mild irritation may occur, do not worry. Do this for one month.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I want to know what exactly to eat in this diet. I, myself did some research about the foodstuffs to consume in a keto diet and it turns out to be all foreign foodstuffs. Lot of fad diets like Keto diet emerge in the market usually triggered in America. Americans have the most messed up diet in the world with a third of their population facing obesity issues. Now to solve this self created problem, they come out with all sorts of fancy sounding diets like Atkins diet. Paleo.Keto. Etc etc. We don't have to blindly follow these fads because they are all bound to fail. We should utilise our traditional knowledge and adopt 'Satvic' diet that will solve all your problems permanently. 'Dal roti khao, prabhu ke gun gao' is the best approach to health and happiness.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

Hi lybrate-user. Weight is not according to age but it is related to height, as per your your height weight should be 55-60 kg so reduce it. A) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, b) do regularly bhujangasana, uttanpadasana and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes. Do this for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

We in ayurveda, take thyroid in agni mandhya (lack of metabolism). Its systemic disorder. There are good result of ayurveda, but result comes according to condition. We have some cases that has permanently cured. Some cases are stable with ayurved medicine. Some cases are on thyroxine + ayurveda medicine. Our (we & you) main aim is stay healthy. Dont be bother of report of thyroid. But healthy lifestyle, lightness in body n mind, symptom free life is better thing. In thyroid, we generally start with panchakarma (detoxification) mostly vamana (medicated emesis) & virechana (medicated purgation), and after this panchakarma procedure we start oral medicine, decoction n dietary advice. Medical importance of Sharad Purnima

The practice of drinking cold milk during this fast/ this day has its origins in science. Sharad ritu (Autumn season = Ashwin & Kartik maas) brings in very hot days and cool nights. During such weather, ‘pitta’ or acidity or the body heat becomes predominant in our body. Consumption of milk & rice flakes is a good remedy for ‘pitta’. 
 

  • There is also a close connection between the moon and the Sharad Purnima day – the moon is believed to be close to the earth on the day and it is believed that moon’s rays contain nourishing elements. People believe that as the moon is nearest to the earth on the day and as moon’s rays has several curative properties it will be helpful to human beings. So people spend the evening under moonlight.
     
  • Chandra, the moon god, is associated with herbs and medicine in Hinduism. The rays are believed to be associated with mental health, Depression, Emotions, Mood Swings, Cold, Phlegm, Asthma, Distress, Insomnia, Weak Left eye, Breasts and womb effected in Astrology. The rays being cooling in nature suppress the body heat. 
     
  • The showering of Bhakti Raas on the Sharad Purnima night by Krishna on Gopis and Radha has been the main theme for poets and philosophers and still continues to attract the fantasies of common man. The Sharad Purnima night is also seen as the night of love and couples come out at night to face the moon and express their love. Therefore,  Sharad purnima becomes the night of pure unconditional love and meditation.
     
  • Meditation for at least 5 minutes in front of the "moon amrit shower" brings peace and health to the mind and the body ( The ideal timing for meditation tonight  is 8.50 pm to 12.10 am).

Many whitening creams r steroid based. Long-term use is harmful. Can cause thinning & dryness of skin. So please avoid such cream. Instead use moisturising cream & sunscreen lotion depending on your skin type, you will hve to select, whether gel or cream nase.

My friend has missed her periods. It was supposed to b on 27 march. Her last month date was 27 feb. Actually on 8 march she got physical with her bf n now she is scared that if she is pregnant or not.

Your friend had unprotected sex on 11th day of her menses . The day of having sex matter. If your friend is having regular cycles (28 days), the Ovulation(release of egg) occurs on 14th day of the start of menses. Two days before (12th&13th) And two days after(15th & 16th) ovulation is the fertile period. Having unprotected sex during fertile period can result in pregnancy. If period is delayed, then wait for 7 days If period comes then her problem is over. If periods does not come, then get the pregnancy test or ultrasound to confirm or exclude pregnancy. If the pregnancy test is negative, the consult Gynaecologist to give medicines for withdrawal bleeding.

She has tight vagina, give more time to foreplay, you can put one finger inside vagina with some gel as lubricant and rotate the finger around vagina, gradually putting two fingers and rotating. This will relax vagina. If the pain is deep inside then it may be due to pelvic infection / endometriosis for which treatment is needed.

Despite what many may think, getting a little more active between the sheets isn't a path to more happiness, a new study suggests.

The study from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh included 128 married, heterosexual couples, aged 35 to 65. All were randomly assigned to either double the amount of sex they had each week or to have their usual amount of sex.

Researchers then tracked the couples' happiness over three months using online questionnaires.

According to the researchers, people who had more sex were not happier than those who had their usual amount of sex. Instead, the study found, the couples who had more sex actually had a small decrease in happiness.

Delving deeper, the team found that one reason why simply having more sex did not make couples happier was because it seemed tied to a drop in their desire for, and enjoyment of, sex.

It wasn't that having more sex led to lower desire and enjoyment of sex, however. Rather, it was because they were asked to do it -- rather than initiating sex on their own, the study authors said.

It's very necessary to do workout to burn extra fat. Cut down your cereals and oils from daily diet. Plan a proper diet according to your schedule. No outside foods. Fast foods, oily foods, junk foods are enemies of heart. Saturated fat like oil, ghee, butter should cut down to keep your heart healthy. You can do cardio exercise. Follow those steps and you will be fit and stay healthy.
