Hi, I want to have sex with my GF without condom and ejaculate inside vagina and don't wanna give any pill. Tell me correct period for sex. Should it be during MC or after or before? If before or after then how many days? If during MC then is there any infection on my penis or in her vagina. I want to avoid pregnancy.

MBBS, MD Psychiatry, DNB Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Nagpur
There is no exact period considered completely safe. Hoever considering the first day of menstrual flow as the 1st day of mc, day 1 to day 7 and day 21 to day 28 can be considered relative safe, in which the female partner may not get pregnant. For exact dates you and your partner may consult a gynecologist.

I had my last period on Feb 18th and sex on 4th of march. I took Postpone 72 pill on 6th of march. Will this pill work?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Yes definitely, it will work. As you had sex very close to ovulation date, you would have had very high chance to get pregnant. But as you took the pill, you r safe. Pill can cause irregular menses for some time but it will go automatically.

Ayurveda,
Till, your wife gives breast feeding to your baby the specific period is called as ‘Natural Contraception’ the chances of pregnancy is minimal. Lactation induces a period of infertility, which serves to provide the optimal birth spacing for survival of the offspring. However, use condom for safe sex and unwanted pregnancy is always recommended.

Dietary supplements in the form of natural food items are better and effective without side effects in comparison to drugs. So always look for vegetables and fruits that r organic in nature. Also there r some food companies that provide these food supplements like amway and supple.

I'm married but I not have baby please any tips for baby forming please help me. don't

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
To get pregnant you need to have regular sex i. 3.3-4 times a week for one full year before you start seeking medical help. If you want to make her pregnant fast then you can follow this calender method. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26 days) minus 18 days = 8th day. The longest cycle (31 days) minus 10 days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.

Why Should You Go For Laparoscopy?

DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), MBBS
IVF Specialist, Delhi
Why Should You Go For Laparoscopy?

Diagnostic laparoscopy is a surgical process for examining different kinds of organs present in the abdomen. It is a low-risk and minimally invasive process in which just a small incision is made. This allows the doctor to evaluate the conditions of your abdominal organs without opting for an open surgery. It’s mostly performed when the patient complains of pain in the pelvic region and when other assessing methods have failed to detect the reason behind the pain and discomfort.

How is laparoscopy done?
The laparoscope is a slim and well-lit telescope that allows your doctor to evaluate the conditions of various organs in your body. It can help in determining whether there is any instance of fibroid or endometriosis. It can help in performing a variety of surgeries like removal of ovarian cysts, hysterectomy and tubal ligation. This surgery involves much lesser healing time compared to other elaborate surgeries.

Why should you go for laparoscopy?
Your gynaecologist may recommend you to get a laparoscopy for a treatment or for diagnosis. It is mostly performed due to unexplained pelvic ache, infertility and a history of pelvic infection. Laparoscopy is also performed for the diagnosis of conditions such as uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, pelvic pus or abscess, ectopic pregnancy, painful scar, inflammatory disease in the pelvic region and reproductive cancers.

How to prepare for gynaecological laparoscopy?
Your gynaecologist would ask you to prepare for the laparoscopy test on the basis of the type of surgery. Your doctor would ask you about the medication you take, which would include health supplements and over-the-counter medications and in certain cases you may have to stop certain medications. This process is performed under anaesthesia and you would be able to go home on the same day. The following process depends on the type of process. The diagnosis process is completed faster than the surgical process in which an incision is required to be made. The instrument would be inserted through the incision and then the surgery is executed by inserting the laparoscope tool. Once the process is completed, all the tools are removed from the body and the incision would be closed with stitches and the affected area would be bandaged.

In recent times, the laparoscopic process has advanced to a great extent and robotic surgery is often used for performing the surgical process. This is because it has been proven that robotic hands are steadier than human hands and can perform fine manipulations effortlessly. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist and ask a free question.

My wife is pregnant and now she is not interested in sex what should we do now. She has 4 months of pregnancy.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Sex can be practice during pregnancy. After 5 months of pregnancy one needs to change the position of male partner. Intercourse can be practiced in male standing position or sideways position. Male partner should not lie on the tummy or growing fetus. If she is not interested then there is no question of forcing her to have sex. It is possible that she is worried about the pregnancy, but you can show her this reply.

Living healthy life

Unfortunately, we live in a world today where we value wealth a whole lot more than health. Even so, take small daily steps towards your health and don't feel guilty taking time off from work to eat better and exercise. It would be pretty tough to enjoy your wealth if you have illness and injury weighing you down, don't you think?

if the male partners suffer from impotence, its not synonymous to infertility,we can use his sperms to achieve pregnancy. complete evaluation needed both of your suggested options for achieving pregnancy is illegal in case of donor sperm, the donor is a unknown source whose semen is taken from an authorised bank after proper quarantine

Best position is female down and male up, and advise her to lie down supine after sex to avoid leakage of sperms.
