The treatment depends on the cause of erectile dysfunction. Some of the common causes are, 1. Diabetes. 2. Prostate Enlargement. 3. Heart problems. 4. Problems in low back affecting the low back nerves. 5. Low testosterone levels. In this regard I would like to advise you to get the following tests done and revert back with reports. Fasting and postprandial blood sugars, TSH, Ultrasound pelvis and scrotum, Serum testosterone levels. Once the cause is corrected Erectile dysfunction will resolve automatically.

Sperms are formed regularly in testes and therefore ejected out from time to time, don't worry its normal.

Don't take methylcobalamine. It is of no use in cramps. Take calcium and zinc supplements. Also take ors sachet, 1 sachet in 1 ltrs of water daily.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Do not strain while passing stools.

It is not okay to have sex at that time. It can pss the infection to your partner at such a time. First get the treatment of UTI done. Or should have condom used during intercourse.

It is a known fact that one can contract chickenpox even after having a childhood vaccination against it. Prevention is by keeping away from anyone sneezing or coughing, avoiding public places, avoiding touching anything in such places with your hands, wearing a face mask, etc. Having said that, one can't be careful enough all the time on all the days. Do not skip meals and have plenty of water to drink.

Hello, You can take(if no drug allergy) Tablet Pantocid 40 Mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.. Hi lybrate-user here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Stop regular masturbation do it in moderation because masterbation at young age quite normal have healthy balanced diet go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises with yoga and pranayum like kapalbhati etc. Lead a healthy lifestyle drink promegranate juiced daily it will come back to your normal health gradually. Have plenty of water by mouth.

I am a diabetes and blood pressure patient. My sugar level before breakfast was 150 and after breakfast 250 last checked 2 months ago. I have been a diabetes patient for 13 years now. Your number 150 and 250 are high. It should be 100/200. It means you are not regulating your diet properly. Added to that you have BP too. You should be extra careful now. Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise. 1. Eat every two hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads. 2. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. 3. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. 4. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. 5. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange. 6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. 7. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. 8. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Take extra care of your health now.
