You might need a psychiatric evaluation of your condition. To avoid loneliness you can start by judging people lesser and making friends with them. Keep in mind that there will be some differences of opinion because everyone thinks very differently. Have tolerance and understanding for your loved ones. You can also talk about commonly spoken topics like weather sports cars studies children food etc. These topics are safe and not controversial if you play your cards properly. Participate in community activities and clubs. Visit public parks and smile and greet people and make small talk. This will make you more popular and approachable and people may want to become your friends. Invite people to your house over meals as it helps strengthen relationships.

hi vikas.. even if u want to straighten one tooth u have to go for entire jaw treatment. Orthodontic treatment is never localized to one tooth. we cannot put braces in one tooth. so let it be one or several teeth.. Treatment and price is same. But price varies in different clinics according to place and area. Average u can consider as 20,000 for orthodontic treatment.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. I feel heavy pain in my right heel when I standing after seating sometime then I feel but when walking then slight feel pain. I visit Doctor then doing X-ray (report something increase bone) but I have no sugar, uric acid and all are normal. Please give me some advice without sergery.

What medicine you are taking? Follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days Consult privately for further management

Some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching tv and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music.

Take rest properly. Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. Avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Take hot fermentation. Do walk daily. Back muscles strengthening exercises are very helpful. Can take physiotherapy treatment.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hair loss and dandruff can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

These are the cause of whitening of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from whitening. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

I have a gum reducing problem. Till I noticed it. It was late. Now the condition is. I hav a whole on the right side of my gum above molar teeth. My front gums are down badly. My dentist came up with a conclusion that it was because of wrong way of brushing. I followed the way they showed me. Of strokes. Up and down. But that doesn't seem to stop the problem. Kindly advice is something over it. And also it is possible to regrow the gums?

Hello lybrate-user, thank you for asking your question. From the info that you have provided, we can assume that you are have what is called'recession' of your gums. Recession is simple words is'moving backwards' this can happen due to a few reasons. 1. As your previous dentist suggested, it could be due to wrong brushing techniques. You need to use a soft tooth brush and brush your teeth gently. 2. It could be because of some trauma to that area. 3. It could be genetic. Meaning it runs in the family. 4. Another reason could be poor oral hygiene. For this you will need to pay more attention to carefully brushing your teeth. So, the treatment usually depends on the cause. As we have not evaluated or seen your teeth and gums, we can only provide some treatment options. 1. A good cleaning of your teeth especially of those affected areas. It is called subgingival scaling and root planning. It will help to start the healing by removing all the harmful bacteria present that could be causing the recession or'moving' of your gums. You can observe for 3 to 4 weeks while maintaining excellent oral hygiene. You may see that the gums are slowly moving back to its normal position. 2. If its not healed or some areas are not healing you can also think of getting a flap or gum surgery done. The dentist will use this method to cover the exposed part of your teeth. This procedure depends on the amount of bone present underneath. If it's less, you will need a bone graft which has to been done by a skilled dentist. And depends on your general health. Hi if you seriously want to lose weight, take care of your diet and follow an exercise regime start your day with a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice. Substitute regular tea with green tea. Take a bowl of oats/ dalia for breakfast. Take a good serving of salad an hour before meal, it will keep you full for a longer period of time avoid sweets, cakes, maida products, biscuits, ice creams, chocolates, pooris, paranthas and other fried foods. Brisk walk for at least 30-40 min a day. Do pranayam and yoga regularly. Take phytolacca berry 3x tablets, 2 tablets, 30 min before meals thrice a day for a month. Report after a month. Believe me, once you decide to lose weight, it is not very difficult.

change your work environment: choose correct height of chair, support your back fully upto neck, sit in chair by supporting your thighs fully, place your feet completely supported in floor, rest your forearms during typing or writing, do not lean over table you work, take periodical relaxation from work place. do regular free exercises in morning. avoid cushion beds, bend your knees with a pillow under knees while sleeping. give hot water fermentation for back pain.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.
