I am 25 years old and I am suffering for hairfall problem I tried to Many remedies and take medicine but it does not work kindly suggest me any medicines for that.

Dear lybrate-user, start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc, white of egg (if you eat egg). Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes.

To prevent oily face, do not eat oily food, and cover your hair with shower cap when you oil them. Use oil control face wash atleast four times a day. Do not use any cream on face. Use turmeric-gram flour-yogurt paste face pack every second day.

I got a faint positive result. But I have periods like cramps and backaches too. I had a chemical pregnancy 3 months back and had a lot of cramps. So I am afraid. Is cramps and back pain normal in normal pregnancies?

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation never helps in increasing height. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients etc. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. I suggest online sex counseling and therapy. Take care.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. It is arthrosis of acromio-clavicualar joint which is common in some patients. She is eight years old and has a problem of bedwetting. Even some times has the problem with the stool also. She is passing the stool in very small quantity in the panty itself without her knowledge. Please suggest any medication for betting and also to stop passing stool in the panty.
