This could depend on the content of your diet as well as your sleep quality. Too heavy dinner with lots of ca'rbohydrates with less protein makes your system lethargic. I am suffering from night fall problem. And I want to increase the intercourse time.
1. Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2. Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3. Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2. Avoid stress, anxiety 3. Practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic, pomegranate help) 5. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food, 6. Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8. Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9. Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Masturbation once in a while wiil control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Weight and fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system. Avoid- sugar, extra added salt, fried items, bakery items, cheese, butter etc. However you need to consult a clinical dietician to plan a diet depending on your requirement.

Getting irritated is not going to take you anywhere if requirement is there for you to wear the spectacle you have yo wear it otherwise face the problems which you are having.

pain during menses may be due to hormonal imbalance and due to pelvic disease.get an ultrasound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile test done.you need to take proper management for your problem.you can take homoeopathic medicine mag phos 6x between 1 hourly.but it help to reduce pain only during menses but it is not enough treatment.

Do assess if you are stretching yourself too much. Do you have leisure time besides preparing for your exams? it is important to keep a well planned and achievable study plan along with leisure time. If you can create a timetable and stick with it, you may have enough time to practise and revise your subjects. You can keep away the fears related to grades and concentrate on practise. Break your portions into doable parts and study accordingly. Take short occasional breaks to break the monotony of continuous study. Eat well balanced food in frequent intervals.

You will need to either wear spectacles/contact lenses or undergo laser surgery. As of now there is no medical cute for refractive errors.

You keep your ankle supported in a crepe bandage, and use ice pack, 2-3 times a day. Without examining its difficult to exactly guide you, but if you had any injury to the ankle and there is a swelling which is not going away, then get a x-ray done.

Little and often

Keep your meals small and regular. A big meal sitting in the stomach will produce a pot-bellied look even in the slimmest person, whereas eating little and often won’t overtax your digestive system, and is less likely to spoil your silhouette in that little black dress. But good news for baked bean-lovers – plant-breeding programmes have made these beans lower in raffinose, the sugar that causes wind.

Get in balance

An imbalance of good and bad bacteria in the gut can also cause bloating, so top up with a healthy probiotic yoghurt or drink. Take a little care at first, though, as sometimes probiotics can unsettle things digestion-wise, at least temporarily. If you’ve been overdoing refined carbs, swap to smaller portions of slower-releasing, low-GI types, such as porridge, grainy breads and wholewheat pasta. Swapping some of your carbs for monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) will also help (think nuts rather than pretzels, tahini instead of jam).

Flat tum foods

Great flat-tum-friendly foods are potassium-rich fruit and veg, in particular bananas, beetroot and a daily glass of orange juice. Potassium works its magic by counteracting the water-retaining effects of excess sodium in the body. But you’ll also need to cut down on salty foods to maximise the stomach-flattening impact.

Drink less
Never drink on an empty stomach and go for spritzers or other lower-alcohol drinks to help keep your stomach trim. Instead drink plenty of water to aid digestion and flush out waste matter more efficiently.

Put down the chewing gum

When we chew gum, we often swallow excess air which leads to bloating. Avoid it altogether where possible!

Avoid stress
There's a clear link between stress and digestive health. Why not go for a run to de-stress, or book in to that much-needed yoga class?

While your hair mostly depends on your genetics; stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair growth. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, etc. You can also start with zinc and biotin supplements. For pimples on scalp , you should start taking some antibiotics under medical advice.

Good Morning ~ Men do have a small amount of estrogen-like substance in their body that is autogenous and also extraneous i.e. From foods that contain estrogen like activity. I believe that you might be having problems with feeling like a female because of inadequacy in your sexual feelings and I believe that you are also in control of your mind in a very unusual way. You may need psychiatric help if you have mood swings as it may be a problem with men as well as women.
