Respected lybrate-user hi it seems perianal excoriations. Don't worry apply vaseline jelly 2-3 times a day. Avoid hard stools avoid oily spicy stuffs. Consult later a doctor if required thanks regards.

I have neck pain from last 2 days when I wake up I feel very painful very much and when I turn my neck the pain increases.

apply volini gel on neck, do warm fomentation. avoid high pillow, do neck exercises in pain free period. it will help you , if not ok in 3 weeks, do x ray cervical spine ap/lat. to see if any cervical problem.

Dear lybrate-user, A good healthy diet is the key to gaining stamina and strength. A healthy diet include all the macro and micro nutrients in a balanced proportion. Macro nutrients include Carbohydrates, proteins fats and Micro nutrients include vitamins and minerals. Do not forget to take adequate amounts of water as well. Make sure your diet is rich in whole grains, milk/curd/ paneer, legumes and pulses, if you are non vegetarian 1-2 serving of egg/ chicken/ fish can be included in your diet. Also add all the 4-5 serving of seasonal vegetables and fruits, In no time you would feel energetic again.

I have started smoking. And lose my stamina. What should I do to build again my stamina? Please help and answer fast.

You need to quit smoking because it is one of the actions of carbon monoxide: it reduces the oxygen carrying capacity of haemoglobin so that you will feel early exhaustion. Secondly, tobacco tar forms patches on the lungs and lessens the area for exchange of oxygen for carbon dioxide, again making you feel tired easily. Besides quitting smoking you need to do aerobic exercise and do a lot of diaphragmatic breathing to increase lung capacity and oxygen absorption. Yoga is excellent for this too.

Hello sir I have pimples on my face from approx last one year. When I work out more in field like running and excersige etc and did not eat fast food than my pimples get reduced but when I did not do these things then pimples get more on my face. What should I do sir!

Good. You should avoid fast food, alcohol and smoking. Do some exercises like running and outdoor games. Clean your face regularly with a gentle cleanser like clinsure twice a day. To start some medicines, we need to see your condition. You should avoid excessive consumption of milk also. Good luck.

Start a 45 minute walk at least 6 days a week. You should proportionally that is volume wise eat twice the quantity of vegetables compared to cooked rice. Most people eat 3 to 4 of rice compared to the quantity of vegetables that they consume. Take less oil.

I am 64 years old, had bypass surgery 3 years back. Last 4-5 months lost strength in right arm, particularly forearm and shoulder. Consulted General Physician and Orthopaedic doctors in India. No improvement. Seek advise urgently.

I would suggest to show a neurologist and maybe get an mri done, another reason may be blockages in arteries supplying the arm, which should have been picked up by the general physician or surgeon.

TESTICULAR PAIN could be due to epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. a hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. an inguinal hernia. Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.
