Hye, Thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height. Firstly you need to improve your basic diet. It's all about an overall diet and protein intake. Just concentrating on one food item won't help either weight gain or muscle gain. You need to add a protein food in all your meals. Also you are just a beginner at workout. Only once your intensity of workout improves will your protein needs further increase. So, first improve your basic daily diet. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Pls wash it with warm water. If no any itching then apply simple petroleum jelly on lips. You do apply good veseline on lips.

I will suggest you to first wash the beard area with soap and water and than apply the cream and than shave it with gillete sensor excel and you should not have itching after doing it and if it persists than we have to rule out eczema, fungal infection etc.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. it spreads by infected water or foodi.e . its a water borne disease and spreads by eating infected food outside or drinking infected water outside at unhygenic area...no it doesnot spread by airis he taking antibiotics for that ..if yes then do let me know

First stop drinking milk. It is not good for your health. It is marketed like that. I can send you a video regarding that just go to you tube and watch the documentary on how milk is made in india then google again on how milk is bad for health you will see lot of good articles. You do not need milk. Cows milk is for baby cows and not humans. Milk is needed only till your weaning period is over after birth. That is 1-1.5 years after birth. No animal drinks the milk of another animal.

How can resolve hairloss problem?
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair.

Lybrate-user, to suggest any treatment first you should inform follwing thing: curren fasting and pp levels, hba1c%, dietary habits and extent of daily exercise being done and present treatment with dosage. Based on those details I can give suggestions. It is better if you come in a private conversation. For ideal sugar control fasting sugar should be around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7. Hello, I was diagnosed with typhoid on 29 june this year and on 2 aug, again went with blood test and typhoid reports are negative. please suggest how to recover after it. I feel so weak. Black marks are mainly due to udavarta (improper functions of all vaat). It's mainly due to 1) dharniya vega (urges, should b controlled, but you aren't) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control yourself 2) adharniya vega (urges that should not be controlled, but you are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc. Main treatment is to stop causative factor among this. So manage your sleep & time. Also there are some ayurveda medicine, lepa-cream, face treatment, or panchakarma (detoxification) will definitely help you kumkumadi lepam (nagarjuna) is also a good cream. Hello. -do a daily regimen of cleansing-toning-moisturizing before you sleep. -massage the cheeks and nose sides with cleanser before washing. -use good products, avoid very cheaply available ones. -use sun screen in good amount with spf15 to 30. -keep your skin covered in sun. -clean your face atleast thrice a day. -take vitamin c and vitamin e rich foods. -apply multani mitti paste as a face pack for ten minutes twice a week.
