Hello Hope you hv done some home remedies. Place a clean towel over the injury to stop any bleeding. Try to keep the injured area elevated. Wash the bite carefully with soap and water. Apply a sterile bandage to the wound. Apply antibiotic ointment to the injury every day to prevent infection.

I have slight pain in joint part of rite nose-eye from last december. I am feeling slight disturbance material in right nose. Sometimes I am feeling heaviness in right eye ball. I felt as if something stuck inside the right nose. After that I consulted one homeopathic doctor after knowing that he treated most of the patients very well. So in the starting of Jan, 2016 I started homeopathic treatment which I continued till May, 2016. Then I stopped medicines since May, 2016. Hello Susma, I feel you are healthy only but due to bit of low energy levels you feel these symptoms. Please avoid cold climate and cold water. Put a Practice of 15 mts non stop walk 3 times a day to increase your blood circulation. Also go for a wellness treatment in Acupuncture...then you will come back normal in 1 week.

Hello lybrate-user hope the following useful. Rest and protect an injured or sore area. Stop, change, or take a break from any activity that may be causing your pain or soreness. When resting, place a small pillow under your knee. Ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day.

Pick an activity (or range of activities) that appeals to you, since you’re more likely to keep to an exercise plan if you like it. Choose activities that suit your lifestyle. Consider your budget, physical abilities and amount of free time. Check out local exercise options. Opportunities to be active in your neighbourhood may include leisure centres, sports clubs, parks, walking trails, swimming pools or exercise classes. Make exercise a social event. Find a friend or family member to be active with so you can motivate and reward each other, or make some new friends through a class or club. Plan ahead for bad weather. Head to your local swimming pool or gym to exercise indoors. Keep some exercise equipment at home. Options include exercise DVDs, a stationary bike, skipping rope or fitness ball. Have fun getting physical. Go dancing, fly a kite, throw a frisbee or swim in the sea – you’re not limited to sports and structured exercise programs. Get active around the house. Housework, washing the dog and gardening are all physical activities that burn calories and help keep you fit. Look for incidental ways to move your body every day. Hello lybrate-user pull your toes towards yourself and hold for 20-30 seconds. If you can't hold your toe try to reach it, and bend as much as you can. You can also use a band or piece of cloth to wrap around the toe and pull while bending. This helps stretch out the calf muscles and quads, and helps in relieve a cramp. Also please do relax for two to three days without givibg much stress to your legs. Also please do the following. Cold compresses when leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. Cold compress for leg pain-600 wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. Do this a few times a day.

Hello lybrate-user, I give below home remedy for your issue. Make Hair Tonic with Coconut Oil-Curry Leaves Curry leaves not only grant great aroma and taste to your dishes but also brings back lost pigments to your hair. These leaves are nature’s gift having certain pigment that can retain your original hair color. So include curry leaves in your diet. Use them to temper your gravies, boil them in water and have as tea, grind them to mix with buttermilk or curd and have tasty treats. Here is one recipe to make an excellent hair tonic with curry leaves. Make it and store for daily use. You will need: • Coconut Oil- 100 ml • Curry Leaves- a handful of them; you may also increase the amount. Directions: • Mix curry leaves with coconut oil. • Boil them together. • If it’s winter, your coconut oil will be in solid state. So, first heat it to melt and then add curry leaves to boil them. • When the leaves turn black, put off the flame. • Strain the oil and store in an air tight container. Apply this oil to your hair daily at night and massage your scalp (only scalp) with fingers gently. Massage for about 15-20 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash off your hair the next morning. Use this oil for at least 3 months to get results. Interesting fact: British actress Anna Friel drinks tea made of curry leaves everyday to preserve the natural colour of her hair. She boils the leaves in water and drinks the hot beverage after she noticed two strands of gray hair post her illness recently Please follow the suggesgtion and let me know how you are doing.

How to gain weight: increase protein intake never let your protein intake go lower than 1g/lb of body weight when you are aiming to add long-term muscle. Hello lybrate-user thank you for writing to lybrate. I give below few foods you can use. Coconut milk aloe vera neem (indian lilac) amla (indian gooseberry) greek yogurt methi (fenugreek) licorice root beetroot onion juice chinese hibiscus green tea coconut oil massage egg white mask potatoes lemon juice coriander juice I also give few tips to control hair fall. 1. Hot oil treatments: take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair. 2. Natural juices: you can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning. 3. Get a head massage: massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base. 4. Antioxidants: apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth. 5. Practice meditation: believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Hello lybrate-user, Thank you for writing to Lybrate. Sometimes babys do not put weight due to various reasons. I suggest the following. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians’ suggestion before you start any of these foods. As always follow a 3 day test rule.

Hello, thank you for writing to lybrate. As I see your tired is because of low metabalism. If you go to gym or work out daily 20 mts. You will be out of tiredness. Regarding your frequent urination here are tips to stop frequent urination naturally drink water wisely. One of the most common reasons for urinating frequently is excessive intake of fluids. Reduce alcohol and caffeine. Eliminate artificial sweeteners. Maintain weight. Record the symptoms. Double-void before bed. Change the diet hope the above is clear yo you.
