Avoid Sugar honey jaggery deep fried items Maida products. Follow a proper diet and exercise regimen. Take your medication regularly. Consult your Physician as & when required to titrate your dose.

If you do not want to take any medicine then you must maintain a healthy lifestyle. Take protein and zinc rich food. Garlic, spinich, soyabean, walnuts, almonds helps improving sexual power. Drink 1 glass pomegranate juice daily on empty stomach, avoid junk food and quit addictions. Exercise daily.

Overall sex stamina improves by healthy lifestyle. Regular sleep, exercise and meal are the foremost things. In diet cow milk, cow butter and garlic are proven sexual tonic. Regular healthy diet containing carbohydrate, protein and minerals-vitamins is necessary. Specific diet depends on culture and geographic situation. Exercise to control your weight and make you fit. 1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache7.consult for further advice

Wear full sleeves shirt and try to cover your body as much as possible, use mosquito nets or allout/goodknight at home, apply mosquito repellent on body, cover water tank. Avoid collection of water out side the house in a waste container or tyre. It will help. Normal food, drink water 3-4 litre daily more of lemon water with sugar [shikanji ]

Take frequent breaks while studying and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle number.

Dear lybrate user. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) dont drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of audumbaravleha and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of haridra khand after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and chandraprabha vati after meals, d) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 15 days. This formulation is 100% effective.
