I got ringworms on groin and inner thighs. I was applying garlic in them. The groin ringworms are healing but Inner thighs one have grown lesions along the boundary. And it is inflammation. What to do now.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. It looks like sinusitis please do hot water steaming with eucalyptus oil which will reduce reduce the head back side pain.

That might be due to knee pain or it might be due to ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the chest and also helps you to have regular breath. Drink hot water which will also help you to come out of gastric pain.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

Knee Ligament laxity if you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. This is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

You can do hotwater fermentation which will definitely help you to feel better. Stretch both your hips ie. You can sit on the floor and stretch both the legs which will help you to feel better after the self stretch.

I have started mild pain in foot sole for some days. Also some moving pain sensation in hand & leg sometimes but not at a fix area. I smoke average 2 cigarette daily. I also have low immunity & gastric problems like gas, heaviness, indigestion etc. Frequently get fungal infection. please suggest what could be the reason & type of doctor I should consult. & Tests to be done initially? If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent sprains in the leg once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles and that also might make the hip muscles to become tired thereby straining mildly might lead to waist / hip pain.

Gym activity – to improve muscle tone You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there after gym activity due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain. You have to take good diet along with rhythmical gym activity. You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. I am 35 m, for mitral valve prolapse and sinus tachycardia taking telday M50 from 5 years. No complains about this at all. My last year blood report showed RA factor little higher but when I showed it to RA doc, he told me I have anxiety only and RA is not issue in my case so all is fine and I never worried ABT that. Then, from last few days I feel some kind of strange blunt pain at back of head which made me feel about if I have something in brain but as because of previous experiences I took as it's anxiety as no other symptoms like blur vision or slur speech or no omit. However, whenever I pump air into tyres .for pumping need to use right leg. Them surely after some time I get pain in hip which makes me harder to get up but I do anyways and it stays for 3-4 days and comes normal then. I am active, 35 yrs, 77 kg yes such normal activities like pumping air can make hip pain. Exactly where vertebrates ends. How to stop this rather get flexible with it.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Pain in the back while walking and standing Pain in the right leg If you have leg pain pls check your body weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.
