Set specific times to eat and stick by this schedule. Once your body gets used to eating on a schedule, you should start to feel hungry at these times. Avoid drinks before or during mealtimes. If you want to increase your appetite, avoid filling up on beverages. Wait half an hour before or after meals to drink. Eat small meals. Eating smaller meals frequently throughout the day can help stimulate your appetite. Instead of trying to get down three large square meals, aim to consume four to six smaller meals.

Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. When a person fears about something now (which may or may not happen in the future) and if he do it repeatedly, it is called anxiety disorder. These fear provoking feelings are called anxiety and it may cause variety of physical symptoms, such as a racing heart, restlessness, helplessness and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. It can be due to stress / anxiety or due to physical cause. For physical cause you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh and testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check bp.

Due to work load I had been exposed to sun now I got tanned. I am using pure sandalwood and some basic things i.e. Raw milk ,and now protecting from sun exposure . What else should I do to get better results ?

In order to enhance your skin you need to take care of your skin from outside. You may use a cream or moisturizer that contains alpha hydroxy acid's (aha's) like glycolic acid, lactic acid etc. Aha's exfoliate superficial dead skin cells and renew it with newer younger cells. Continued use of aha's keeps skin in a state of continued renewal. This renewed skin is healthier, lighter and brighter. You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling, particularly glycolic peel, from nearest approachable dermatologist. Glycolic peel utilizes a higher concentration of glycolic acid as compared to that present in creams/ moisturizers. The concentration that is available in peels is 20%, 35% 50% and 70%. Whereas creams contain just 6%, 8% or 10% of glycolic acid. I also suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. It should have both uva as well as uv b coverage. Regular use of broad spectrum sunscreen would prevent tanning and also delay skin ageing i. E appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Some sunscreens are also fortified with vitamin c which has skin lightening as well as antiageing properties. Besides topical creams and chemical peeling sessions you may also take a few sessions of microdermabrasion to achieve the desired results. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for more details and the needful. Regards.

1. Apply zytee/gelora gel 2-3 times 2. Take one capsule of becosule daily 3. Wash your mouth with hexidine mouth wash 2-3 times daily 4. Avoid acidic/spicy food, take soft food which is easier to chew. Take healthy balanced diet 5. Brushing with soft brush twice daily 6. Maintain good oral hygiene.

Hi javed Our latrine is not depend on the how much we will eat,but latrin is depend on how much u digested. Lot of u eat but it is not digested,it will be Decomposed into gases in our intestine. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. To control blood sugar you need to 1. Take enough dosage of medication to control your sugar levels 2. Eat health food by cutting down carbohydrates and including more fruits and vegetables in your diet. 3. Excercise everyday for at least 1 hours 4. Get blood test done regularly 5. Take medication regularly take care.

He has frequent headaches. For eg, If he will not have meal on time, he gets headache. If he has acidity, he gets headache or even if he has some sort of fight or argument, he gets headache. Some headaches are severe, some are mild. It doesn't seem like something major but it concerns me.

If you want to stop masturbating do not look at porn & get your mind off of it. If you still get the urge to, ignore it for a about 15 minutes & it'll go away. Masturbating from time to time is completely normal for a guy. Relax and try to concentrate on your studies and/or sports that you are good at. That will help you to avoiding thinking about sex all the time.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2. Reduce weight 3control diet 4. Avoid sweets, sugar, oily, fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol, saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads. Drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food, bakery items like pizza/burger/cookies, soft drink, alcohol etc 5. Do yoga, pranayama, deep breathing exercise.
