Can you say a diet a plan for diabetic person. And what all thinks a diabetic should take and what they should avoid....
lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Diet for a diabetic person can be given only when all his details like blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise, present dietary pattern & current treatment with dosage are known. As regards foods to be avoided, following is the list: Sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, all foods made from maida. Fruits to be avoided or taken in a very small quantity are: mango, banana, chikkoo, grapes. Fruits which can be taken about 100 g a day, with good blood glucose control are: apple, water melon, orange, sweet lime, guava, pomegranate, papaya, other melons. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. Total calories should be based on ideal body weight, extent of exercise done daily and blood glucose levels. Thanks.

His foreskin of penis with top of the plan give some advice and recommend some doctors name near Delhi.
TAKE A MASSAGE WITH OLIVE OIL DAILY THERE ARE THINGS YOU CAN TRY ON YOUR OWN TO HELP YOUR FORESKIN EASILY SLIDE BACK OVER THE HEAD OF YOUR PENIS. START WITH STRETCHING EXERCISES DURING YOUR SHOWER. YOU SHOULD PULL THE FORESKIN FORWARD AWAY FROM THE BODY, THEN PULL IT BACK AS SO IT FEELS TIGHT WITHOUT BEING PAINFUL AND KEEP IT STRETCHED FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES. MAKE IT A ROUTINE FOR A COUPLE OF TIMES A DAY. AND DO IT GRADUALLY, ONE STEP AT THE TIME.

Hi, I am a 24 years old male, working in Bangalore (Corporate). I'm having headaches for the past few months. It's acute with a throbbing sensation, both in the left and right portion of the temple. No specific pattern of occurrence. I spend around 12 hours a day (average) in front of laptop screen. No other health problems. I don't smoke or drink. Is this a case of migraine? Please suggest if I need to be on medication or change my lifestyle. Thanks.

Dear user. I can understand. It will be always better for you to consult a doctor in person and get advise. You may have to take a CT scan just to ensure everything is perfect. With today's lifestyle, it is almost impossible to avoid STRESS. Each person experiences stress in a different way and can tolerate different levels of stress. For some work is a source of stress while for others it could be strained relationships or financial trouble. Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the “fight-or-flight” response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health. There is nothing to worry much about stress because stress is part of your body's defense mechanism. Stress is essential too. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. I need to know, what are the causes with which you are stressed? Once you know the reason, you will be able to adjust with it with some tips and tricks. Please let me know the details. Take care.

Dear lybrate user. Many people think that they are ADDICTED to masturbation / sex, where as they are actually just used to masturbate / have sex regularly and can’t quit easily. Addiction is problematic and being used to is not, though there is only a thin line separating both. Masturbation / sex is not harmful as long as it is not an addiction. We need to determine if you are addicted or just used to. Sex thoughts, Sex addiction, masturbation addiction, porn films addiction etc comes under behavior addiction. Behavioral addiction is a form of addiction that involves a compulsion to engage in a rewarding non-drug-related behavior – sometimes called a natural reward – despite any negative consequences to the person's physical, mental, social or financial well-being. Behavior addiction needs to be curbed or controlled using your own self will power. Diverting your mind and body away from the circumstances which compels you for the addictive habit, with the help of physical exercises, games, entertainment etc can help you. Never sleep alone. Be always with your family even at night etc are some other tips. Willpower is the key always. Behavioral therapy also works well. Take care.
