Nopes enamel is a non living tissue. It will not reproduce naturally. You should avoid rash brushing of teeth. Use the correct method of brushing with tooth brush of softer bristles and thus prevent it's abration. Go and see a dentist, you will b needing a proper treatment.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

Piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

It could be due to tanning that your skin has darkened. Use aha glow face wash daily and sunscreen in the morning. At bed time use cream based in retinol or kojic acid.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Bleeding gums with swelling and foul breath are indicative of gum disease due to improper hygiene leading to tartar accumulation on your teeth. You need to visit your dentist and gets thorough dental cleaning done to get rid of the problem. After that you can maintain your teeth and gums by following the routine cleaning protocols. No home remedy will remove the tartar from your teeth. Some remedy may reduce the bleeding for the time being but any delay in getting the tartar removed may lead to recession (root ward movement) of your gums.

Hello, Keep your bowel clean before menses. Eat a rich fibrous diet. Apply castor oil in a circular massaging manner around umblicus before menses. Start using Dashmularistha ten days prior to menses.

You are very young and have a full life ahead of you. Sometimes when we are not able to get what we want, we need to adjust our wants to cope with the situation. If your parents cannot afford to fund your trip abroad, then that is the reality and you must learn to accept that. People who cannot make these changes to suit the situation end up becoming maladjusted persons and can suffer more problems in life. It is our resilience that is a sign of good mental health. Surely you do not come into that category!!! Please talk to a counselor, either with your parents or without them too, and discuss your problems at length. At your age you will need to see a lot more of life and realize that you are not mature enough to take your life for want of proper understanding of your circumstances. A counselor will do the needful to explain these intricacies of life. Even so, if you have a concrete reason and plan I am sure money can be arranged. To process this you will need a third person like a counselor to find out a way to do this and convince your parents too. There are loans that are available subject to the plan be feasible. Discuss these options and if need be meet with a career guidance counselor to be sure that your aspirations are in tune with your skills and aptitude. That person will also suggest the different ways to raise loans to fulfill your ambitions. But nothing is worth taking your life for. Your anger is making you have headaches and if it is not dealt with soon, you could end up depressed. Don’t be so rigid. Negotiate everything. There is always a way, if you are flexible.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day.

1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. • 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. • 9.Tips • Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. • Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. • Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. • Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. • Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. • Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. • When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. • You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Today ‘Diet Pills’ are the shortcut to lose weight and many people favor them to cut down their time and efforts occupied for losing weight. But they don’t know about the dangers of diet pills and side effects. While taking these pills they carry the risk of nasty potential side effects and possible complications.
Recently sales of appetite suppressants (e.g. dexfenfluramine) is stopped after a research that linked it to long-term problems including the heart diseases.
The diet pills are of two types:
• Placebos: – Drugs that contain nothing probably just sugar or chalk etc.
• Ephedra: – Pills based on the drug Ephedrine, similar to amphetamine. This drug carries the risk of many serious side effects including vomiting, heart palpitations, insomnia, strokes, kidney failures, miscarriages, and heart attack.
Diet pills available in the market are only suitable, if taken under the medical supervision. They are:
• Xenical:-A chemical that prevents absorption of fat. Side effects include diarrhea, wind, stomach ache, headache, tiredness, irregular periods and anxiety.
• Reductil:-Side-effects include heart palpitations, raised blood pressure, constipation, nausea, insomnia, and anxiety.
Medical Precaution: – The whole treatment should occur under strict medical supervision. Anyone who is overweight but not obese should be told to lose weight by a combination of healthy eating and exercise, perhaps with the aid of a dietician.
Danger Zones:- In August 2002, the Guardian reported that: “Five people have died and almost 500 have fallen ill after taking the dangerous and poorly regulated herbal slimming aids from China, according to reports in recent weeks that have highlighted the fatal consequences of Japan’s dieting obsession.”
