Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

I have bloating problem since 25 years. I took 3 glass of warm water in the morning and do yoga also. I walk daily 2 km also. Whenever I took rich food particular rice or fried it affects my sleep. And I also suffer from insomnia. Garlic, cloves, ginger, cinnamon is effective for bloating but due to its `garm prakarti` I could not use it daily. It affects me. Generally I don't suffer from constipation but I daily visit toilet 4-5 time in the morning for bowl evacuation.

I have a sever headache, and frequent urination, and sometime I get abdominal pain also. My last period is 23th Jan. I thought that it's symptoms of pregnancy. So check home test. But it's shown as negative.

I am very thin I want my body to grow so what should I do. Am I need to take any supplements like nutri gain; bodygrow etc. It's this product have side effects.

No supplements. Eat natural. Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  .>> Take deworming tablets every six month.  .Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

This is the very essence of life and it decides your immunity level. One can further enhance immunity by leading the right lifestyle, exercising regularly, eating correctly and taking sufficient nutrients in the form of supplements. Pollution, long working hours, poor stress management, use of stimulants, intoxicants, late nights, poor diet, overeating takes a toll on the immune function and affects the energy level. If there is a lot of toxin accumulation in the blood, you may find yourself getting very tired by the end of the day and this would affect work performance as well as affect the way you deal with people. The wrong choice of foods may make you irritable and short-tempered. This is because food influences almost every aspect of your being. Certain supplements help to improve immunity and boost energy levels. Selenium: Lately, researchers have acknowledged the many benefits of selenium. This trace mineral, until recently, was considered essential for animals but unsafe for humans. Selenium, which works best when taken along with beta-carotene and vitamin E, has the ability to boost the body’s immune system and protect it against free radical damage. As a result, you have a stronger immune system. Its immune boosting properties are attributed to its ability to enhance the production of glutathione peroxidase, a potent antioxidant our body produces. Additionally, selenium helps in the prevention of strokes and hardened arteries and breast and prostrate cancer. Without adequate intake, the body could be subjected to infections and degenerative diseases such as heart disease and cancer. As we age, our cells get low in selenium, which hastens the aging process. Research indicates that most age related illnesses, including physical and mental deterioration, can be decelerated by supplementing with selenium. How do we get Selenium in our diet? While foods like garlic, sunflower seeds, whole grains and brazelnuts do contain small quantities of selenium, these are not dependable sources as currently, most of our soils are depleted of this mineral. This increases the need to supplement. However, it’s possible for plant foods such black grapes, whole grains, onions, brown rice and garlic to retain selenium if they are grown in selenium rich soil. Quantity: If used for its immune boosting properties, a dose of about 100 micrograms is sufficient. If you are using it for conditions such as anxiety or depression, or for protection against heart disease or cancer, you would need around 150-200 mcg per day. You should not exceed this amount, except under medical supervision, as higher doses of selenium could prove lethal. Indeed, it is possible to tackle the above-mentioned conditions, with other vitamins, minerals, supplements and lifestyle modifications. Apart from selenium, there are other vitamins, minerals, supplements and lifestyles factors which work synergistically to prevent the above mentioned problems but selenium remains a prime player in boosting immunity.

I don't know about points....yes you can get your teeth restored .. depending on the amount of tooth structure destroyed the treatment varies from filling to root canal treatment followed by cap or removal of tooth..

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Thanks for the query. Maintaining your routine is the best option. Still if you r awake for studies it's better to have naps in between. Avoid too much coffee in night. Nervousness also leads to giddiness. Better relax and do deep breathing exercises. Have good breakfast in the morning as you will have energy to work. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps you.

I am 25 years old male but I have still back ache pain for 2 months what should I do.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT can give you some relief . -A physical therapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

Hello- You can't do anything to diagnose your pregnancy right now as the pregnancy can be diagnosed earliest after 10 days of missed period. You can do urine pregnancy test at home after that. If you got menses in the meanwhile, it will prove that you are not pregnant.

I have pain in my neck from the last 9 months. Whenever I study, or travel it gets increased. What should I do?

It could be fibromyalgia rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief.
