•Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. •Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results) •Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. •Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.

Periods will be less and for fewdays in some women normally and you need not worry if this is your normal nature

How much alcohol can someone over 50 safely drink, and does our tolerance change with aging?
At age 50,one must drink on an average one Drink /Day.Th consumption of this drink should be very slow ending anywhere between 15-45 Minutes One drink is equal to one of the following:  250 ML can or bottle of regular beer  100 ML can or bottle of malt liquor  60 ML glass of red or white wine 30 ML glass of hard liquor (spirits) like gin, vodka, or whiskey. Although tolerance effect of consuming alcohol remains almost same in age group 50-65 year if factors remain sam but loneliness, boredom, anxiety, or depression, In fact, depression in older adults leads to decreased tolerance but increased diverion towards alcohol just causing health issues.

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you won't grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.
