Hi, regarding diabetes diet and exercise plays vital role. Regular intake of green leaves, mainly moringa leaves, methi, curry leaves will help. Many medicines available for diabetes. According to the age, other medical complaints, duration of the disease medicines should be administered. Stress is an important factor to be controlled.

Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

I am 43 year old male sexually very active but these days I have noticed that I get tired soon please prescribe some ayurvedic /Yunani/homeopathic (as I understand these medicines can be taken without side effect) which I can take regularly for better health.

Food is the ultimate medicine that gives you energy and strength - 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

it can be normal prurigo of pregnancy... can be cholestasis of pregnancy....when does she feels more itchy any rashes are there..hydrate and moisturize skin properly... go for liver function test

In patient of cardiac disease there is tendency of fluid overload and retention and edema (swelling) so to avoid this situation we need to restrict fluid intake.

Eat healthy home made food. Avoid oily,fried,spicy,junk food. Have a bowl of salad and curd with ur meals. Increase quantity of fibres in ur diet. Flex seeds,ragi,oats,green leafy veg,chikoo,guava r good for u. Limit sugar intake coz it aggravates d condition. Drink 3-4 lits of water daily. Take adequate sleep,night watching ll take its toll. Wash ur face with plain water or non moisturizing face wash frequently. Do not touch pimple. Homoeopathy has medicines which ll help u get rid of pimples, for medicines consult privately.

Dear user first of all relieving constipation is important. U can take isabagol husk for same. For white discharge you can do syringing with alum water, if you Dnt find relief consult me.

1] take two bananas with milk in breakfast. 2] take frequent meals. 3] eat nuts, fruits, milk, snacks in between two main meal. 4] take homeopathic alfa-alfa tonic two spoon before meal two times. 5] do exercise daily.
