I am 20 years old female, I recently stared working out but for the last 4 days I am having this lower back pain on the left side and there is no exact point of pain. Its not that severe but it hurs alot while sitting. Whats wrong with me? How long will it take to heal? Should I continue going to the gym?

This is a common problem with new Gym going person. One should avoid forward bending and straight leg raising, sitting cross-legged. If it is mild it will take 1-2 weeks. You should stop Gym for few days to a week. But you may continue GYm with the afore said precautions. You can continue walker in the mean time.

I am 45 years old, now from many months, I am much feeling weakness specally in evening after closing my duty timings, at when I in the way and to going my place. And also I feel back pain after complete daily work in the night as made cook and I feel much pain in back.

You seem to be having a generalized fatigue as it comes only at the end of the day have a good balanced diet take rest answer the following where exactly is the pain upper or lower is it travelling down the leg what is your height and weight what is your work nature apply voveran gel in your back and then give hot water fomentation take rest for further queries consult privately to have a detailed discussion to solve your problem you may need to do some exercises.

stiffness in the knee at this age is due to arthritis of the knee. depending on the extent of arthritis the treatment varies. Burning sensation in the foot is usually due to peripheral neuropathy and it may be due to diabetes or vit B 12 deficiency. Can you upload your mother's knee xrays?
