dont worry about size as far as you get good erection and timngs. women vagina initial 2 inches is sensitive so size aythg bigger than 2 inch is sufficient. imprtant is good erection and timings. consult for detailed discssion and solve your erection and timing issues.

Please try to find out what's killing you inside and effecting you so badly. Yes I understand some situations are not repairable but than they make us strong and wiser. The problem is my roommate , getting fatter day by day. We cannot figure out what could be the reason. Whilst other girls here in the hostel are getting thinner due to the improper food and hygiene, she on the other hand is gaining weight and has become 10 times fatter than what she was when she came to Asansol, here in the hostel, last year. It has been 1 year. Please give me tips on how to reduce or lose weight within only a few weeks. What to eat and what not to? Will it just be okay if she drinks a lot of water and minimizes the quantity of food by a considerable amount?

Your room mate is not the problem but the monotonous food served by hostel is, that leads to binge eating. You are right that drinking lots of water does reduce the need to eat extra. Go for weekly shopping for fruits and vegetables and store them in fridge if you have got one in your room, otherwise buy one, some authorities do give permission to keep coolers and fridge in rooms. Do try for few days - eat hostel food plus plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables plus water and write back after a month. Remember walking is best and simple exercise.

Is Your Furniture (Sofa/chair) Causing You Back Pain?
  • Commercial and domestic seating contributes to our poor postural habits. The chairs available rarely give adequate support to the low back, and unless a conscious effort is made to sit correctly, we are more or less forced to sit badly
  • Ideally the back of all chairs should provide a lumbar support so that the lordosis, naturally present during standing, is also maintained while sitting.
  • Unfortunately this support is rarely included. It is equally important that furniture in offices and_ factories is adapted to individual requirements. For example, if you are a desk worker you must make sure that the seat of your chair has the correct height. While sitting, your feet should  rest flat on the floor and your thighs should remain horizontal without pressing on the seat. The desk itself must also be at the correct height; if the surface you lean on is too low, you will slouch forward and lose the lordosis. 
  • Finally, armrests must be positioned in such a way that,when using them, your shoulders are not unduly raised or lowered.Armrests should also allow your chair to be pulled under the desk so that you can sit with your stomach held gently against the front of the desk. This will prevent you from leaning over and losing the lordosis while performing desk tasks. Until furniture designers understand the requirements of the human frame and work accordingly, we will continue to suffer from their neglect.
  • Although the poor design of furniture contributes to the development of low back problems, equal blame must be placed upon the individual who may use the chair improperly. If we do not know how to sit correctly, even the best chairs will not prevent us from slouching. On the other hand,", once we have been instructed and the correct concepts have been instilled, poorly designed chairs will not have such a detrimental effect on our sitting posture.

For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. Pl take care of your eating habits. If you feel burning in stomach, then you better is to take fruits and reduce regular meals. Sometimes, simply eating less takes care of stomach trouble. A use ful way is to divide both lunch and dinner into two or three halves each, with interval of two hours between each half, so that through out the day you eat sufficiently but also avoid over loading of food on stomach and thus help to prevent acidity, indigestion etc please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables, salty foods, spicy foods, long preserved, frozen foods, junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided. Drink two glasses of warm water on empty stomach every morning about 30 minutes before breakfast. Try it! this works amazingly! in addition, walk fast for 30 minutes every day or engage in some service every day. Please also do meditation regularly and sincerely which has been scientifically proved for overall health. Use parsley and jeera seeds while cooking vegetables.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hair fall and white hair both could be nutritional. Eat healthy food containing adequate protiens vitamins and minerals. Exercise regularly. Take supplements containing aminoacids vitamins and minerals.

1. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 2. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 3. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 4. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 5. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 6.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid late night sleeping habits 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) take half tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. B) apply paste of tankan, lemon juice and honey on cracked heels. C) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of trifala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.
