Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Your blood sugar is very high. Start medicine immediately after consulting physician/diabetologist follow the advice given below 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. From the last 6 days, I have been facing breathing issues. It has become hard to breathe like the shortness of breath or like I have a feeling I can't breathe and this happens the most when I wear a t-shirt which is tight on the chest, sit on a chair, stand and it becomes normal when I move, do something, lie in the bed, eat. Once in a day I feel a pinch pain on left chest as well but that is not the major one. I don't smoke, not much exposed to air pollution. Are these the symptoms of COPD? I have been suffering from anxiety, stress, career pressure etc. Are the above symptoms related to the on-going anxiety? In 2013, almost 2.5 years ago, I took 70 tablets of clenbuterol by Asia Pharma over a period of 2 months for its unofficial use of reducing weight and during that dosage I had muscle cramps in left chest. Are the above symptoms the side effects of clenbuterol? Can that dosage still have effect on me? How can I ensure that they didn't have effect on me, any test? After leaving clenbuterol I lost the weight more than I expected and my cheeks had sunken and before that I had chubby cheeks. Now I am normal but my cheeks are still sunken. One doctor me to take Alfalfa syrup German in homeopathy to get rid of sunken cheeks, shall I take that? What are the above symptoms all about? COPD or stress or side effect of clenbuterol? Dear lybrate user, pinched nerve also called disc herniation, if in neck then also called cervical radiculopathy. The treatment depends on current pain, extent of compression and grade of herniation. If it is mild protrusion without neuropathy then conservative management should be sufficient. Many times it is not, then image guided epidural advised for immediate relief, modulation of nerves and disc. If there is bigger protrusion or protrusion with neuropathy, you might be advised nucleoplasty or endoscopic discectomy and in advanced stage of herniation open spine surgery advised. What you can do is consult interventional pain specialist trained with advancement or orthopedician trained in spine for evaluation and further treatment. Regards.

During this period Dr. Advices me to take Do thip and Nexito tablets one each a day for 2 years and stop. After this I consulted a doctor in NIMHANS the doctor advised me to take NDEP and SCELETO TABLETS for 3 months and stop. But when I stop to to take the tablets I am getting head ache.
