Hi doctor a very good morning 2 months before I was having a feeling that I will die and after that I got an attack on the evening while I was on gym I got dizziness and my heart was beating very fast and headache and I was breathing very fast and confusion and after that after 3 day I got same attack in evening when I investigate doc said that there is nothing its normal and after that I had done ct brain which is report to be normal and my ct pns shows mild deviated nasal septum towards left and right maxillary sinusitus I had taken medicine from last two months but now also iam having headache and iam feeling that I will die iam having confusion I am feeling worry and totally lost now iam taking antidepressant pill for last 5 days but then also iam having headache. Is it due to my thinking am I depressed. Pls help iam going crazy because of this.

Hi, Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. Hypotension is generally considered if systolic blood pressure less than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or diastolic less than 60 mm Hg. However, in practice, blood pressure is considered too low only if noticeable symptoms are present. Causes: Low blood pressure can be caused by low blood volume, hormonal changes, widening of blood vessels, medicine side effects, anemia, heart problems or endocrine problems. Management: Meditation, yoga, or other mental-physiological disciplines may reduce hypotensive effects. Taking enough of sleep and rest. Treatment: The treatment for hypotension depends on its cause. Chronic hypotension rarely exists as more than a symptom. Asymptomatic hypotension in healthy people usually does not require treatment. Adding electrolytes to a diet can relieve symptoms of mild hypotension. A morning dose of caffeine can also be effective. In mild cases, where the patient is still responsive, laying the person in dorsal decubitus (lying on the back) position and lifting the legs increases venous return, thus making more blood available to critical organs in the chest and head. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Angioton/ 3 times a day for 1 month.

Çhest pain in young age is commonly due to costochondritis (inflammation of rib and sternal junction). This condition will respond to complete over the counter available analgesics like Ibuprofen. Since details of your symptoms are not given, it's difficult to diagnose. You should get ECG and Chest X Ray done along with blood pressure check to rule out heart attack and lung infection. Consult again for further queries.

Hello, Do share more details of your problem. Hypertension (HTN), also known as high blood pressure, is a long term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated. High blood pressure usually does not cause symptoms. Some with high blood pressure report headaches (particularly at the back of the head and in the morning), as well as lightheadedness, vertigo, tinnitus (buzzing or hissing in the ears), altered vision or fainting episodes. Normal blood pressure at rest is within the range of 100–140 millimeters mercury (mmHg) systolic and 60–90 mmHg diastolic. High blood pressure is present if the resting blood pressure is persistently at or above 140/90 mmHg for most adults. Lifestyle changes and medications can lower blood pressure and decrease the risk of health complications. Lifestyle changes include weight loss, decreased salt intake, physical exercise, and a healthy diet. If lifestyle changes are not sufficient blood pressure medications are used. Management: 'Prevention is always better than Cure! Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

With age our power to digest food gets slower. If she does not like meat, may be she finds it too heavy. Give her light food and proteins like milk, curds and boiled eggs. Regarding heart problems, clear the doubts by getting few tests done like ecg, echo, stress test if she can tolerate, bp checked and blood to be tested for sugar and total lipids, cbc for allergy, infection and hb. Breathing problems can be due to heart or due to lungs. Get back here with reports for more guidance.

Hi Some time I feel bit pain on left side of my chest, I did consult with the doctor, even did ECG for the same as I was worried if it could be any heart related problems, but my ECG report was normal even sonography and x Ray was normal, So I am still worried I s it because of heart problem or Gas problem.

May be due gastric ailment. Homoeopathy has good treatment without causing adverse effects. Take homoeopathic medicine carbo veg 200 twice daily in the morning and in the evening.

I'm feeling giddy when I'm resting on my bed. I have low bp from almost 2 years. It's 60/100. I'm eating on time but not in proper amounts. If I don't eat food stomach full drinking any of the fruit juice. Moreover I'm drinking butter milk every day with little more salt than usual. Why will this happen basically, feeling giddy?

Take food properly. Which will help. Avoid extra salt. Drink pinable juice. Take CHINA 200 in gloubles, 4 pills twice daily for 15 days and report your status after taking the medicine.

Yes. Your BP is on higher side. Keep checking regularly. If it is persistently higher than 140/90. You may have to start treatment: life style modification diet controll antihypertensives if required, in that order.

I am feeling a burning sensation in my chest (left side) from last 1 Yr. Got xray and ECG done but got out nothing. In the past 2-3 days it has increased and also started in the right side. Also I have to constantly spit due to excess formation of sputum. I got a waters view xray done and was diagnosed with chronic right maxillary sinusitis. I took antibiotics for 15 days on doctors advice (ent specialist, but still the problem is there. I don't know whether the problems are inter-related or not. Hi when you cough you are staining the chest causing pain. If you have phelgm then you need antibiotics. If dry cough the take cough syrups. Get a chest xray done to identify the cause.

Alcohol and smoking do harm to everyone at any age. When you smoke you damage your lungs: when you smoke more you damage your lungs more: and if you smoke less you damage your lungs no less – well may be a little less. Your desire to smoke less is most welcome but it is not enough. You must quit your smoking completely and you must do it now, seriously. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. But don’t fool yourself any smoking is harmful, and you need to seriously get on with quitting it completely and immediately.

Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. Dear Lybrateuser, -The tumours in heart could be primary that is origin in the heart or secondary, tumour cells spread fromsome other primary tumour in another organ -since the doctors state that there is a ball like lesion then further treatment will depend on the origin of the tumour & if its benign or malignant -follow the advise of your treating physician & get her treated accordingly.

you should be low dose of your medicines...high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea,coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work. Proper follow up you can feel better and reduce weight also.

Hello, you may have chest pain due to gastric problem. Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion. Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (wsg), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. After meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. Avoid heavy spicy and oily food, pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

Hello, You are surely underweight by nearly 17-18 Kgs but at the same time the upper value of your blood pressure is slightly high which involves a prominent chance of you developing blood pressure specially at this young age. Life style modification and eating right will surely help you. Walking for at least 30-35 mins is surely important.
