Bad breath could be due to 1. Poor oral hygiene/ gingivitis/caries tooth 2. Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice daily 3. Rinse your mouth with hexidine/betadine mouth wash 2-3 times daily 4. Avoid smoking/chewing tobacco if any 5. Use dental flush to clean food particle stuck in between teeth 6. Consult dentist for examination of oral cavity and follow advice and treatment accordingly.

Why Managing Blood Sugar Levels Is Extremely Important
The average blood sugar rises gradually and as it rises there is damage occurring throughout the body. Out of control blood sugar levels can lead to serious short term problems such as hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, or diabetic ketoacidosis.

In the long run, uncontrolled blood sugar can also damage the vessels that supply blood to important organs, like the heart, kidneys, eyes, and nerves. This can occur even when you feel OK. That's why it's so important to take action as soon as you're diagnosed with diabetes. Our bodies are amazing, but unfortunately once you have a heart attack or stroke, or your kidneys fail, or you become blind, the damage cant be undone.

The good news is that paying attention to blood sugar control can help keep you healthy and prevent health problems from happening later. Some tips -

1) Keep your blood glucose within your goal range as much as possible. Work with your diabetes team to develop and maintain a plan.

2) Take your diabetes medication as prescribed. If you're on insulin, ask to see a diabetes educator to learn how to adjust your dose.

3) Increase physical activity. If you aren't physically active, talk to your health care provider about suitable activities. If you haven't exercised in a while, consider beginning with five to ten minutes of daily physical activity and gradually increase your activity to at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week.

4) Achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Even a 5 percent to 7 percent weight loss will help you better manage your blood glucose.

The quality of your future life depends on the decisions and actions that you take today.

Not a big deal my dear. In few communities e. G. Muslims and jews etc. It is a custom to do circumcision (cutting the foreskin) at the age of few days. It is claimed that these people don't get cancer of glans penis (what you called head). Foreskin does not have to do anything with protection. Less sensitive glans is not a problem lest it may increase the timing of sex. No measures have been tried for regaining sensitivity on the planet yet. Need not get tensed. Hope satisfied. Regards.

I got my nail smashed with the door of my car and it is completely smashed in the center and is loose. Probably will fall off. What should I do in the meantime?

Apply tight bandage over it. Dont try to remove it on your own. You have to take some antibiotics to heal it faster. Get to doctor immediately for proper examination.

Hi ,day by day my nature & feelings are being changed .I always feel nervousness little afraid although I am brave but I don't k ow what's happening to me I got affected by a simple things also and I need a good time to become normal that's cause hamper to my studies .I feel very restless I CNT sit nor walk its very unusual feeling difficult to describes. And ya my heart it have also some affects I can't describe it ya sometime its beat fast and some other affects also But how can I describes my self its very difficult to write .In simple I always feel very nervous and due to this I can't gain weight at the age of 21 my wt is just 41. Dear lybrate user, I think you feel chocked. There are lot many things going on in your mind but you are unable to express it. You might be scared and probably feeling shameful about something in life. You might be angry with someone or something. You need to express your feelings which will relieve your anxiety and stress. Once you are relieved of your troublesome thoughts and feelings, you will start feeling lighter. You will start taking interest in life and may have more appetite and eventually put on more weight. If there are any problems at home, try to discuss with concerned people and try to resolve them. You may talk to your school or college counsellor. The counsellor will help you. Take care.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Dear Lybrate user. Please don’t panic. You must understand ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. There is nothing called erectile dysfunction while having masturbation. Loosing erection in the initial stages of sex or not having erection at all or having late erection or lack of sexual desire are called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain, and low self-confidence. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. I suggest online counseling and sex therapy. Take care.
